It doesn't really matters, you can stop posting for a year and nothing will happen to your account. What it will surely affect is your Activity masurer, and as far as I know, your Merit can also decrease through time if you stop receiving them.

You may post daily with an interval minutes to avoid spamming and you may not post daily. You may simply refer to this

or just keeping your account always active by logging in everyday doing nothing to your account except opening threads and learning. It's up to you and beware on what you want to post as you may experience consequences when you violated a rule.
