Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I guess this has been answered over and again, Neo has all the potential to complete with ETH, Its also called ethereum of China, but since China has banned ICO's and so the price is not moving upward, but Neo had a good development team and they are planning to come up with new technology, also the supply of Neo is very less compare to eth, this too gives Neo an edge.

Can NEO gets to a level close to that of ETH?

Yes, it is already competing. Many ICO had choosen the NEO infrastructure. Instead of building low quality and high volume, NEO is going for sound an profitable ICOs but a more reasonable pace than ETH. It of course requires a bit of a more centralised system, but that is also safer for investors and can be holded long time.

As good as neo is I don't think that the coin can be able to compete with ethereum. Ethereum has grown way too much and to heights that is going to be hard for the other coins to catch up to. Neo has a really good project, with really good prospects but ethereum has the upper hand in this one, and while they will both do well, eth will do better

Neo is a strong competing coin in the market and getting popular by the day but etheruem has larger ground and adoption rate is enormous. Icos prefer etheruem platform.

That can happen in the future if ETH does not recover. Although NEO is currently experiencing difficulties due to market downturn, but I think NEO is really the great platform to expect. I really like NEO and its ecosystem

NEO is obviously not at the same level as Ethereum. And I have seen the same problem many times in the BTT forum. NEO's current stage is completely inferior to ETH. As for whether it will be able to surpass it in the future, I think this is also a very difficult thing. Of course, hope is still there.

i think that at this point, with some important blockchains competing between them, what will make the difference will be the support that those project will get from governments/banks and big industries. even we are talking about decentralized technology, the one that will be able to get more support will have the success. and to this reasoning, i see EOS the biggest competitor to ETH, rather than NEO

Good Question but when compare to other altcoin NEO have some doubt to compte ETH.

Because lot good coin  is there and more volume trading .

EOS vs ETH good competitor within few years.

I think it is always a big possibility that neo or an another coin can reach the cap or price of the ethereum or the bitcoin. In my way of thinking, neo has a great potential and I think it is a very promising coin.
