I'm looking for a good standing localbitcoins account with the following conditions

- I can send and receive funds to my own PayPal email
- I can post trades for PayPal to Bitcoin - Bitcoin to PayPal
- My ADs will normally show up at the top of the traders list if my AD's price is the best

I can pay with bitcoin or PayPal
I would pay a good high price for it in case the seller isn't a scammer
