Introduction: DACC is the world’s first decentralised IAM-based content blockchain, dedicated to solving the issues of content and data rights management the in content and media industries.

DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS

1. Developing the business logic of the public chain Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPOS) voting process
1.1 Defining the data structure on the Transaction to achieve the development of the function of user participating in voting;
1.2 Defining the data structure on the Transaction to achieve the development of the function of user revoking voting;
1.3 Counting the blocks during the election period, and developing the function of calculating voting results for all participants.

2. The development tools of DACC public chain (dacc-dev-tools)
2.1 Developing the single-instance node automated deployment scripts, the functions include: Configuring the genesis block, creating an account, configuring the block storage directory, configuring the P2P listening port, configuring the RPC listening port, and generating the block function;
2.2 Developing the node cluster automated deployment scripts, functions include: configuring network parameters, configuring node startup parameters (node ID, network port);
2.3 Developing the script of cluster real-time monitoring service (dacc-netstats-service), functions include: generating the configuration file of every node, configuring and launching monitoring services.

3. IAM permissions on the file system
3.1 Designing a custom Record Key format, implementing the Key verification method, extending the Peer node to write multiple pieces of verification data to the Distributed Hash Table (DHT);
3.2 Modifying the authorization process, authorizing the Content Access Token (CAT) to migrate from the local database to the DHT;
3.3 Modifying the authentication process and authenticating the CAT data from the DHT.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

1.DACC Daily News Activity
The DACC Daily News was released at 11:30 Beijing time. This week's Daily News added a Korean community and a Russian community section. The main content of the Daily News is cryptocurrency news and the progress of the DACC project, etc, in order to increase user retention and increase community topics.

2. English Community Talk Show Event
The English group Talk Show started on September 18th, Beijing time. The guest speaker Sage Tife gave a speech on the theme of “Integration of cryptocurrency into health practitions” to help community members understand the blockchain and the application of digital currency technology.

3. Korean Community Talk Show Event
The Korean Talk Show event began on September 19th, Beijing time, and the keynote speaker김의동gave a speech on the theme of “Win-win approach for DACC managers and investors”. He said, "Although the price of the currency is falling, the DACC project is progressing rapidly and various community activities are being promoted. Therefore, I trust the team of DACC. The future of DACC has great potential and is worth investing."

4. DACC teamed up with LendChain mortgage lending
The DACC mortgage lending activity officially began.
Activity time:
September 20th - October 3rd
Activities:
1) Recharge 5,000,000 DACC and receive 500LV (based on the balance of the account, the activity is limited to the top 20);
2) 200,000 DACC will be prepared in the prize pool to be divided for the top 5 users participating in the event.
3) Users with more than 5,000,000 DACC will receive an additional 100,000 DACC reward (5 places are randomly selected)
4) New users complete the certification (excluding KYC certification) and will receive 80 LVCOINs;

5. Dream of Mid-Autumn Festival Event
The DACC “Dream of Mid-Autumn Festival Event” began on September 21st, Beijing time. The number of followers of DACC WeChat official account is expected to increase, the DACC public exposure will be expanded, and the Chinese community will be more active. The activity is now in full swing.

6. Writer recruitment event
Up to now, the event has recruited 15 writers. DACC communicates the authoring content and writers in great depth.

PR&MARKETING

1. Attended the Block Mania event
On September 19th, DACC attended the Warm Party hosted by Block Mania in Singapore. DACC partner Celine gave a speech at the event. The presence of many well-known domestic and foreign project parties, investment institutions and blockchain media.

2. Participated in LD Capital event
On September 18th, DACC participated as a partner in the Exclusive Lunch event held by Singapore Capital.

3. Attended the BRINK ASSET Korean event
DACC was invited to attend the WARM PARTY hosted by BRINK ASSET in Seoul, South Korea on September 22. On September 21st, for the media day, three South Korean blockchain media conducted full-scale, in-depth interviews with DACC.

4. YouTube video subtitles event
The event “Add Subtitles to the Latest Interview Video of DACC and Win 2,000 DACC” was officially launched. The event aims to increase the popularity of the DACC YouTube channel and further spread the DACC brand. The event was launched for 3 days, and nearly 400 people have forwarded and liked the tweets.

5. Meet-up activity
In conjunction with the Korean supplier, the time and place of the Korean offline Meet-up have been determined.
In the negotiations with the UK event organizer for the UK Meet-up event.

6. Advertising
Promoted the technical department to complete the data return to the advertising platform and completed the advertising optimization.
