LightningCash's development was abandonned in november 2018. BUT !!
I am creating a new version of LightningCash, a fork of LitecoinCash ( LCC ) with the great hive concept, but instead of the sha256 algorithm, it will use scrypt !!!! Projected Characteristics

Total Supply : 210 000 000 LTNC
Difficulty Adjusted every block with darkgravitywave technology
Block target time : 1 minute
Premine : 2 100 000 coins, which represents 1 % only of max supply
Block Reward : 250 LightningCash for pow and 250 LightningCash for hive-mined blocks

Pool was down. Difficulty will adjust every 1200 blocs. And yes, difficulty is low because the first 3600 blocs were mined very slowly. Now that it is available to everyone, that could change.
