If you know the reason behind banning you, so why are you asking to unlock your account; by breaking rules.

Also it is not the account ; it is the person who is banned. 
Your question does not mentions which account you are talking about.

Copy paste is serious crime so you can learn your mistake and take it as your lesson / experience.

OP, what account are you talking about?  It helps to know when you're appealing a ban.

In addition, if you got banned for plagiarism your chances of getting unbanned are as close to zero as you can get.  Have a gander at all the threads in Meta where plagiarists say the same things you just said here--sorry, won't happen again, give me another chance, my family is starving, etc.

None of those ever sways a moderator to unban a copy/paster.
