We are developing a decentralized P2P video/content hosting and sharing management platform. We have already developed a working product and alpha version of it will be live within a week.
This time we need a networking specialist who can help us to build a strong and complex networking system. He/She should possess minimum 2 years experience in relevant field, preference will be given to the person who will have experience in working with ICO startup.

We are launching an ICO for decentralize video content hosting and sharing platform. Users will be rewarded in our coins for using our platform. We are working on this platform since months and now its in final stage. We will go for an ICO after the launching of our working model.

As of now we need a team member specialise in data Analysis/server management/Sys Admin  preferably have 1-2 years experience in data management field.

You can simply bump your thread once in 24 hours so that it pops to the top and people get to see it. You don't need to create another one every day if the previous one gets down in the list.

I think you have misunderstood. We have the data expert onboard. Now we need a networking expert. Different requirement so different thread. We are not like many projects who hire their advisors or team members from "god only knows where ".

If you had hired the person you were seeking, then why didn't you lock that thread? And, it didn't needed to be in a different thread as well. You could simply make one thread asking for the two required people in your team without having to open 2 different threads. Even if you didn't do that, you could have edited that thread and change the title to "Team members required for New ICO" and then you should have written the positions and have put a strikethrough to the one that was already hired.
