There are numerous ongoing bounty programs who are rewarding the bounty hunters by stakes model and sometimes bounty hunters are disappointed by the fact that ICO's don't meet the softcap thus the users do not get any benefit for their hard work or sometime they receive too little rewards for their hard work due to stakes systems, do we really need stakes system or the best thing will be provided a fixed amount of tokens for bounty (like $100 work of tokens per week or so)?

It would be very good if we develop a system of bets that will be accepted by all bounty companies. Now do the calculation of rates and the distribution of tokens in all companies are different, and this causes a lot of inconvenience. To work and not know that in case of success, the company for which you work and spend your time, but still not get the reward for your generosity. At least not nice.

I think the stakes system is really the best measurement of activity, but it has to be for a fixed amount of tokens in $ and not the usual dependent on softcap that is usually employed. We bounty hunters are employed to work, and regardless of whatever happens, we should be paid for work well done. There need to be a regulation about this. Because time spent cannot be recovered, but money can be recovered, bounty hunters deserves more.

Stakes are fair, I think. But everyone knows that it would be better to get a fixed reward in Ethers or Bitcoin because you never know what you will receive. (Token from scam, dead or alive promising project)

There are ICO bounty that works that way so it must depend to the company's budget fr its promotion. but expect the distribution to be delayed so if you plan to sell after it gets listed then you'd be surprise what's left for you to sell because the price will definitely dip before you can attempt to dump. You'd rather chose to have more tokens if you are willing to wait til its price bounce back.

I'm okay with it as I think it makes it fair for everyone. I accept whatever is given by the stakes as I choose projects I believe in and want to succeed.

I think that the Stake method is quite suitable. That's the way they can ensure that they are all fairly and fairly paid. Moreover, at the beginning of the bounty they do not yet know how much they will take in their ICO. A fixed contribution, such as in ETH, would of course be great, but at this point, they can not guarantee that they will take enough to pay their Bounty participants.

Honestly i hate to see that my stakes bigger but the value of it is worthless, i mean why they dont implement a fixed amount of token each weeks so that hunters can get it right away to avoid of waiting for distribution after the ICO, or pay all hunter from any kind of coins that are already listed so that the price of their token will not get affected after distribution, so they can really protect the price of it from dumpers.

If ICO does not reach the softcap it will not matter if it's a stakes or a fixed system. What kind of system it is depends on ICO founder and/or bounty manager. There are bounty campaigns with fixed token amounts per week - for example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5069088.0

I prefer to use a betting system with a "stake" model because it is fair for voters to bounty followers, if we are scam or not we choose which projects are good ico

Stakes are good for collective understanding how the reward is going to be paid. I see only advantages in stakes distribution system. And of course you can not predict the amount of total partcipants, and their rank

Amazix implemented it, they have fixed pool of tokens, but at the same time they don't have fixed dates. Bounty hunters always work 2 times more that it stated earlier for even smaller amount. They prolong multiple times bounty

what you mean is exactly right. even some bounty hunter participants seemed to be slightly reduced to survive, even they paused while waiting for the price of a good coin to return. like BTC and Ethereum which are currently experiencing price declines in the exchange market.

The profit would still vary on the project's development and performance especially in the crowdsale. At times like this, it should not be surprising to not earn that much profit due to the downtrend which is currently present. Stake method promotes fairness among the participants nd in order to organize the payment and we should not have a problem with that.

Happy or not it is only one relevant method to pay fair bonuses. It is another story what sometimes we can see fraud from the bounty team side. That is sad ((

For me as long as it can give me earning it is still okay for me. There are so many ways for a bounty campaign in giving rewards from bounty. Some reward gives high earnings, some are low and some does not have any value so it was sad for me. Whether it can be staked or not as long as it can give me earnings it is still good.

I like there are different options to choose the project and bounties. It is good that some coins provide staking reward, so you will get more coins by staking more, it feel like cryptocurrency savings interest , so more coins you get in the wallet, more coins you can staking in the end. There are different staking rate rewards, some pay very well, but some not so good.

This is the reality bad side of the bounty program in this platform. And we need to accept the fact that the system in crypto industry was also too risky if we involved ourselves here, so expect the unexpected things to be happen to us as well.

Its fine with this method, when the project cant reach the softcap it will be consequense for us to didnt get paid. I think there some ICOS project who want to pay bounty participant with btc or eth.

Yeah Stakes payment is pretty fine than a fix amount because
If the company gave $100,000 to a bounty manager If its task only pays off $10-50 each and if only $50,000 was given, what happens to the remaining?
Stakes distribute accordingly depends on everyone's effort So i would prefer a stakes payment method
