I believe the right place for this would be off-topic.
It's not the first time Apple had a design failure. They were like that for years. Iphone 4 was losing connection when you were holding it the certain way, 6's case was too thin and it was bending and cracking the screen. It would be completely fine if these products were in the normal price range but people are paying extra for a premium product angd getting served bugs and engineering fails.

I have an iphone, and I don't have any problems with charging, camera and everything that is written in the article.

i think that since it's still new they are still trying to improve some of it so maybe try to buy it after like after 5 months.

Probably they had a rush in the manufacturing process from different companies that they ask to build it. Probably they are just having technical issues due to that rush and making you experience different issues with the device. Do you have the new iPhone XS?

It's not just Apple who makes problems, some other companies have problems too. It's the matter of solving those problems matter.

I wanted to get myself one lately. Thanks for sharing.  I guess I’ll have to stick to iPhone 8. It’s better still don’t see a reason why I should change it though. Maybe because I want to see what’s like.
It certainly no the first time some newly released phones gets issues. When trying to to put in a new softwares they get into a problem with the hard ware.

Two weeks with iPhone XS and so far, I haven't encountered a single problem. Although, I noticed the screen is somewhat of yellow-tinged even when set in the brightest mode. Could be because I set it in TrueTone but I could be wrong. Also, I noticed that my earphones don't work during Facebook Messenger video call, but I've only used it once for that. Other than that, it's running good. Charging is fine (but wireless charging on Belkin charging pad takes FOREVER) and phone is really fast. IDK why others have a problem with it though.

the newer version, iPhone 12 is worse. look at its package, you only have the typeC-to-lightning cable and the phone itself. such power plugs aren't even common enough, which i can tell that the move is too quick.

i don't like iPhone at all for several reasons, especially lacking microSD.
