Bitcoin 10 years anniversary, what good news are you expecting come 2019?.

Bitcoin is still young, but have the feeling it is getting more and more mature, as time passes, together with less volatility, just keep going bitcoin

With the dull moments being experienced in 2018, I don't think an anniversary like the 10th year will be having an expected impact on the bitcoin. The bitcoin has come a long way over the years to be just easily manipulated by an anniversary. However said, I only expect a smooth sail in the price coordinations.

My expectations are that bitcoin rise up and find ways to battle its competitors. Despite the fact that bitcoin is the highest rated in terms of price, it however has some areas to improve upon. When you talk of transaction speed, bitcoin is not the fastest. When you talk about transaction charges, bitcoin's own is not the lowest. I hope that before we celebrate the 10 year anniversary, these issues are looked at and improved upon as it may help the bitcoin community a lot.

To be honest I am a bit worried, I read many good things but I don't see any mass adoption or price increase, looks like many people don't care anymore about bitcoin. I would be extremely happy to see $20k again during 2019, but I'm afraid of another year of bear market actually.

This year was about Bitcoin Futures, and I guess next year we can see Bitcoin ETF become reality, and together with it, a nice bull run.

Futures did affected the market for this year so I guess you are right with that. With ETF, it really brings hype to the market but I'm not confident that it will really bring a bull run once one or two proposals will be approved. What I'm saying this? people who expected bull run with futures got it wrong and didn't really understand what it is all about. I may be wrong but that's what people are talking about when there's an event like those.

The scalability issue is being the solved right now by the developers but the second point that you bring is not right, your wallet is very secure the problem is that when it comes to computers there are many ways to achieve the same result, even if the software behind the wallet is impossible to hack there are many ways to get the necessary information to steal your coins.
