What is the worst thing you have heard about bitcoin

That Bitcoin currently stable dies and is no longer how to correct this situation. It is doomed to extinction and all have as soon as possible to leave this sinking ship. This is not my words, but I'm really sure I found this somewhere in this forum. So this is what I have heard the most terrible and stupid at the same time.

There would be so many things  every crypto enthusiast would have heard about bitcoin. I have myself encountered a few situations where people called bitcoin a scam, HYIP, ponzi, MLM(like seriously ? those guys don't even know what BTC is and they call it MLM  )
If you keep adding all these statements, I am sure the list would cross hundreds of statements.

The worst thing i've heard about bitcoin is, bitcoin is used for paying criminal actions in the dark.
I think using bitcoin as a payment system has done mostly in there. But if bitcoin get massive adopted by peoples, it will functioning as a global currency in the world.

Bitcoin is a bubble , a big scam , is very much manipulated.  Well bitcoin being manipulated sounds very not good for me before
But it seems it cannot be helped ,spreading fake news about it and the effect of this to investors cause  the price to go down.
If only investors have enough knowledge and have enough fiat to support them while this bear market dumping would not be an option

I heard that bitcoin transaction is use to buy illegal drugs since the government can't track transactions. bitcoin is also being used by the black market and that scammers and hackers have their way to steal your btc without you even knowing.

 I heard a lot of romoured news about bitcoin around the world of crypto that can make people feel unpleasantly. But I am strongly believe on bitcoin's capacity, that it can surpass along the inconvenience happenings and will grow persistently.

The worst thing that I have heard about Bitcoin was the accusations that it was used to fund terrorism. Now thinking back about it, it makes me laugh. 

Why would a terrorist use a technology to fund terrorism, if that technology can be traced back to him? All tx's are entered into the Blockchain and there are very sophisticated forensic tools to track the flow of the bitcoins. <Most of these terrorist have no clue about the technology, so they will expose themselves>

It is much easier to smuggle a few diamonds or expensive items over the borders to fund terrorists.

Well the worst thing I heard about bitcoin was when my friend said " Hey you have lost everything. More then 70% of your investment is in vane by now due to price of bitcoin" and that was the day my belief over luck became more firm.

According to my experience, bitcoin has nothing about worst apart from volatility in price.
All other aspects in bitcoin are pleasant, even we can overcome government's regulations by many ways but can't regret badness of volatility when in puts you into loss

I can never believe it. let's say the price that fell this year, but in fact bitcoin persists and still maintains its market cap. which means bitcoin is very strong.

The worst thing ever said about Bitcoin is that it is used for terror financing, black money laundering, and illegal transactions. These are absolutely ludicrous and baseless rumors. Even if there is an iota of truth in it then such illegal activities take place through hawala route also. So, if naysayers say that only bitcoin is to blame for such illegal activities then they are absolutely wrong.  Another speculation about Bitcoin which is again quite unfair is that it is a bubble which might burst in future. Again, we can see that Bitcoin has stayed in the market for almost a decade and despite having many ups and downs the digital currency has managed to maintain its position at the top. People never lost trust in Bitcoin as a safe value storing digital asset. Despite all the negative publicity, Bitcoin has not lost its sheen. None of the altcoins have been able to topple Bitcoin from its position. People are still buying it and they will continue to do so. As long as there is a structured and a secured technology like the blockchain nothing will happen to its scope. Also, likening it to the Tulip mania or calling it a ponzi is unjust and quite unfair. Skeptics anywhere in the world will speak negatively about anything which is new and revolutionary.
