Poloniex support team is awful!
I have been a legacy user with 2000$ withdrawal limit... Afterall Poloniex froze my account without a chance to withdraw... I want to notice I made my intentions clear before deadline (Circle issue)...

Poloniex ignored their promises, their official statements, their art.17 of User Agreement.. And now they are ignoring me as their customer... So awfully inequitable situation it is...

Unfortunately, I'm not at all surprised about it anymore. Poloniex has been caught lying to their users on several fronts, and they will continue doing that with how they have turned into a complete sissy, especially once became clear Circle was an interested party to buy that exchange.

Poloniex is at a point it does no longer seem to care about how many complaints are stacking up against them. They don't have much to lose anymore considering that their exchange has been bleeding for quite a long period of time. From the top dog they once were as exchange (they were nr1 for a while), to an exchange occasionally generating less volume than Yobit. Now that's a pretty shitty achievement.

Yes, I was not surprised by the incident at Poloniex, you should have left it for a long time because this problem has arisen for a long time too. There were many poloniex users before this who complained about the same thing. But even though their support will take a long time to respond to this complaint, with you continuing to make complaint tickets there and in some complaints, I believe you can still make a withdrawal. Keep trying until your complaint is resolved, if the complaint has been successfully resolved, then immediately withdraw all of your funds there and leave Poloniex immediately. Good luck!

Poloniex support team is awful!

They are already very famous because they provide bad service to the support and that is already years, you know it.

Why do not you verify  your account?

Unfortunately, their policy of not letting legacy accounts withdraw has been in place for some time now, at least half a year.

I've withdrawn all my funds way before then, and stopped using poloniex. Their customer support was just too terrible for it to be a viable exchange to be regularly used.

Your issue seems to be that you don't want to complete KYC but still want to withdraw your funds after the deadline for legacy accounts. Unfortunately, even though you may have notified them earlier, they most likely will just cite the deadline as non-negotiable. Their support is bad, but the only chance you have of getting your funds out in my opinion is most likely to complete verification.
