Starting a pool/PHP-MPOS Bandwidth Usage?

So, i'm not stranger to cryptocurrency and have been lurking here for quite a while.  I'm looking into starting my own LTC pool, but i'm trying to ensure it's done right the first time.

What should I anticipate, on both the high and low end, of bandwidth usage for a pool of ~250 users?  Both in steady stream as well as monthly usage, if you don't mind!
