The guy had a stroke, so we don't even know if he is capable of making anymore meaningful contributions to the code. And even if he is the bitcoin creator, it doesn't look like he's in a rush to sell those coins or even tell his family about it. So I think the market is safe for now. |

Do you think his anonymity was helping or hurting the ecosystem? With his identity revealed do you think that people will feel more comfortable with bitcoin? or will it make a difference...in something other than the popularity of model trains  |

Panick that he may spend his coins. If it is him he will have to do it to protect his life. He needs to pay for a very safe shelter, guards, bullet proof cars etc.
