Qt Trader is the next step of the Qt Bitcoin Trader project. A client software based on Qt Bitcoin Trader is now the UI of an integrated exchange, with minimal latency.

The goal of Qt Trader is to bring the advanced trading technology of the forex market to the crypto market and be the best exchange for HF traders.

It has been a long way for Qt Bitcoin Trader since 2013 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=218044.
A simple app for a personal usage that become more than a hobby. WIth Centrabit behind the project the software got new features. Qt Bitcoin Trader has now reached 100 000 downloads and the community is growing. Easy to use, fast and portable. That's three reasons why traders prefer it to web interfaces.

After 2 years of hard work in our small team, I'm proud to announce the evolution of Qt Bitcoin Trader into the world's fastest crypto exchange: Qt Trader. This is the combination of Qt Bitcoin Trader and a super fast exchange core. Built from scratch, the new C++ core uses low level API protocols, brings a new user experience that is never seen before in the crypto space.

Why is speed important? Existing exchanges delivers data with a delay, especially when the load is high. So in fact when you see prices, it is yesterdays news. Your algo taps in the dark and your money is lost. Qt Trader serves the high-frequency community, traders with high demands for low latency. Try it out. Your orders appear on the exchange once the command is sent. Finally crypto trading is in realtime!

Furthermore, Qt Trader is more than one exchange. Yes, later you will  be able connect other exchanges to Qt Trader and do arbitrage. Also in the near future, a new script language will bring your algos to a new level. Of course with simulation and backtesting. These are small parts of our plans. Qt Bitcoin Trader support have been financed by newly added exchanges for last few years, and it being changed.
New exchanges support will be financed by Qt Trader exchange, and we will add exchanges that in top volume list and community wanted only.
Exchanges will be added to both Qt Trader and Qt Bitcoin Trader as well.
