Hi everybody,

There are many exchanges at the moment and prices of coins are different on each exchange.
Now I am trying to make profit from this by sending coins between these exchanges,
but there are so many coins, that it would be a good idea to help each other by sharing info
about the best coins to do this with here in this topic.

*The only thing you need to be very careful with, is that some coins are 'in maintenance'
on the exchanges where price may vary.
So always check if coins could be send there and if they could be withdrawn.

*Some may be paired to other coins, so if that's the case, come up with a plan to sell it back,
so the circle can be repeated again.

*Check volume on the exchange sites, as they can be very low and this strategy won't work then.

I know him as an arbitration trade, using the difference in the prices of different exchanges. this sounds profitable, but the risk is we have to calculate the speed of the deposit or transfer of coins that we will trade...

Do you think the fees we pay to transfer worth this effort?

the risk of arbit trading is when the blockchain network is crowded, the coin transfer will be late to another exchange, because the price difference between exchanges sometimes does not last long, sometimes we experience losses on transfer fees.
there is a new exchange that offers integrated inter-exchange trading in one place, you can check it at www.cryptaldash.com, but I don't know whether the feature is running or not

arbitrage is quite an interesting topic, but here we must also find such a coin and buy it out at a low price and sell it on another stock exchange at a higher price. I found a couple of such coins in the summer where prices on exchanges differed by 10-30%. usually such coins on small exchanges with small volumes. But then with $ 300 per week made $ 2000. after the prices became equal and I did not find similar coins matching all the criteria, but it was worth it

Very true, I was looking into WEX exchange. ZEC is almost 3x the price on other exchanges, but off course they disabled all the coins that have normal value.
Still you could gain by sending ZEC there, selling it to the pair USD, then buy BTC with USD and buy ZEC back with the BTC, because that trades lower then against USD.
It's 3-5% every time. But the orders/volume should be there aswell, if we combine strenght we would keep volume up and won't have any crashes.

I didn't look at other coins at the site yet, but maybe there is another which is more profitable.

As long as we keep in mind we have to get on of those coins back out of the exchange eventually and sell it for three times less somewhere else, we should've made enough profit by then. I hear they are selling VIP accounts which can actually withdraw the coins of normal value, which doesn't feel right for me, but still there is money to be made there.

I recently downloaded an app "CoinGecko" and find it so informative and handy as well. Kindly note i am not promoting this application and i do not have anything to do with this app. Since i find it more interesting and opt to this topic i would like to share the name.

CoinGecko is one of the best apps. You will find out number of exchanges where coins and tokens are listed with their values in each exchange. An easy view of a coin or token's value in each exchange they are listed on. Find out the coins you are looking for and compare the value with each exchange and proceed with your trading as you wish to do so. Any coin or token can be checked. A good suggestion you pointed out to trade. Good go.

.What is Cloverdex platform?.

What you are suggesting is nothing really new, you just want to do some arbitrage and nothing more but it is really difficult to do it, you need to be incredibly fast to take advantage of the difference in price between the different exchanges and also those differences are not really big so you need a huge amount of money to take advantage of those opportunities.

This is what we call it as arbitrage and it is highly risky than how it looks like now because the prices of coins in exchanges may varies at any time while the coins are in transaction so you will need to pay the transaction fee which also a loss and don't check the prices of the coins from CMC because most of the time the prices from CMC and actual price in that exchange may vary so you need to check the trading volume and price before exchanging coins.

It isn't worth it anymore but arbitrage traders keep on doing it though they are only few nowadays. It's hard to find those exchanges that has high and low cut for same coin these days.

I haven't tried arbitrage but I've seen some exchanges before that you can do it but it takes time, confirmation, fee and if the volume of the coin you've chose to trade is high, price is quickly changing.

When I just started with trading I thought it would be smart to do some arbitrage trading between different exchanges, only soon enough mine coins did get stuck a couple of times and the opportunity was already gone when I did get mine coins back. Almost always when you see huge difference between prices you can already expect something isn't alright. Nowadays coinmarketcap is also excluding prices if exchanges experience problems with a certain coin.

If you still want to do some arbitrage trading it's the best if you send first a small amount of coins and see if everything is working fine.

And this is why arbitrage is so difficult to perform in the real world, in theory it is very easy to make a lot of profits but in practice things are different, you will need accounts in every single big exchange and not only that you will need to have a huge amount of money in each one of them as well so when the opportunity arises you can take advantage of it immediately.

If I understood correctly then you mean arbitration between exchanges.Dude is not so simple as you think. sometimes it's hard to make money on arbitration.I lost money many times because the stock exchange confirmed my withdraw my price on another exchange has already fallen. We still have in mind that each coin has its own number of credits. On some exchanges, you can see how much the encipherer has a coin of interest to you. The less you get credits, the more likely you will make money

I think you mean arbitrage. Its a good way to make profit but important thing is transaction speed of the coin. If you transfer it speedly you can win.

what must be considered about arbitration is the fee for withdrawal transactions, where each exchange is different.
lest the arbitrage profits are only for fee payments,
sometimes we see a profit but after comparing it doesn't look good. Grin

Is there someone out there that still do arbitrage trading? how's is it? is that still profitable? I think few years ago it was very good with the start of new exchanges but now I don't think that you can have a decent arbitrage trade due to some network delays, congestion and withdrawal fees as mentioned by most of the people who are concerned about it. One thing that I've read is that there were few traders that did this successfully but not anymore at this moment.

maybe doing an arbitration exchange is very profitable if there is a large capital for now but it is very high risk to see a coin growth that tends to blush for a very long time to return to the current time.

Yeah I was talking with a friend of mine about this. It would be better for all coins btw, now sometimes exchanges just halt trading because their price is way higher then on other exchanges. This reflects. Why not start this up?
