I don't really like to low ball you but consider the new RTX's on the market, im not able to offer more than 450eur per card if its in good condition.
If they have some kind of warranty it will be perfect.

1080Ti, at least from Gigabyte/Aorus are averaging $600+shipping on eBay. They actually out-pace RTX 2080 in tests (not the RTX 2080ti though) due to the GDDR5x memory. You will literally never see one in good condition with warranty under $550 here in the U.S. Not sure about Euro prices but I bet they are higher.
