Bounty payment is taking longer than what it used to be. I understand team behind these projects may be worried about the value of their token been eroded by the bearish cryptocurrency market.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

It really just depends on the bounty.  I'm not a hunter myself but I've seen some get their rewards immediately while others have to wait a year or sometimes even longer.  Just be aware of what your getting yourself into and the wide variance.

Many projects are waiting for bull market and do not release their tokens on the exchange, so bountyhunters also do not receive their reward.

I work with bounty more than 2 years and it seems period of paid more longer that be in 2016.

Two years is too long to get paid from the ICO, and usually, they pay after one month the ICO is finished so they can move to the other goals. I wonder what is the ICO, did you ask with the bounty manager or the teams of the ICO about the payment? I hope that you can get paid soon and every people who participate in the ICO is also getting the payment too.
Yes, this is too long if you have to wait for 2 years, I think you should ask the campaign manager or you should contact the developer
Lots of problems that are problematic and in the end we don't get payment for what we get. as it is today. we cannot be sure whether we will still get our results or not later
As long as the ICO became successful and the team actually does have some sense of dignity in them, paying bounty is something that would always be a thing at the end. One thing I am certain of is that as long as you know you have been able to do your due diligence, and you are sure of the team you are working for as well as the fact that they have available product to make the project successful, the chances of not getting paid will always be slim.

Anything that is already 2 years, I believe is a dead project or a team with no honesty of some sort, and as an investor, a team that does not end up paying its workers, is actually a red flag.

It depends on every campaign.
Some ICOs send tokens after token sale, some after 30,60 or 90 days period - to prevent price drop on the exchange.

They also fear that the bounty hunter can cause the price of their token to be reduced when listed on the exchange. So now many bounty rules are issued token bonus will be locked within about 1-3 months after the ico finished

Usually the bounty will distribute the token when the ICO process has finished. But sometimes it also takes longer. So in my opinion that when someone decides to become a bounty hunter then they must be ready to wait. Especially if the payment is in the form of tokens and is different if the payment is Bitcoin then it could be much faster. So think again that bounty hunters must have a good level of patience. A patient will get the results and that is a long-term reward that must be understood.

It all depends on the project itself, but as far as I know the debt payment itself is 6 months, that is, bounty hunters should receive their rewards only after 6 months and then only 50% of their rewards, and then some time later.

Generally it takes up to 2-3 months, before the hunters will get their payments. Unfortunately there are some projects, that did not payed science April and May. But, there are also some great projects, that a paying within a week or two after the bounty ends.

Seen that most bounties usually extend say about their distributions to be within a month after ICO sales, this is not a problem for bounty hunters as it is known that the whole thing requires a process which equally takes time, this could be frustrating however when the bounties last too long without completing ICO sales and thus sales are extended just like what is happening currently to many projects

I have an interesting example. I took part in a bounty that ended on the 15th of April. It has taken 2 months for the bounty manager to complete the spreadsheet (only with stakes). One more months to add tokens and now is the fourth months of waiting for the distribution. I hope that happened not with every hunter.

Well we really need a lot of patience on waiting for the payments, especially at times the market is bearish. Developers would probably say to you that there some kind of problems etc in order for the coin not to fall into the lowest depths of prices. Here is the deal, whenever you try to join and promised an exact time of payment you should be ready to accept that it could last 4 to 6 months longer. There was only one coin that I got that was paid 1 week afer their ICO and that was the best of projects that I have ever joined so I am not saying not all pay their due at later dates.

ive participated on some ICO bounty projects, and it takes a lot of time to pay their participants mostly if the participants are more than 5k. the very long time is 1-2 months after the ICO ends, then some times it is depend the project if they are came prepare before ICO starts and have to be paid all hunters after a month.

So far I received my bounty rewards in range time 5 - 6 months after the coin sales.
But I'm sure if there are many bounty hunters are experiencing longer than that.

Depends on the owners of the company running the ICO.
Didn't they input it on their roadmap? I think they will do that together with the distribution of the buyers of the certain token.

Mostly after 2 months of ICO then 1-2 months they will be giving out the payments for those who joined the bounty program. Not all but mostly this is their rule.

Wow it took longer  than I ever expected. Legitimate campaign only need to wait for the ICO to finish and after the distribution of token to investors they will also distribute the token of campaign participants to lessen the burden of asking bounty reward in Telegram or in Social Media. Asking payment of the rewards redundantly will make a negative impression for investors and community.

At present it still has projects that work very slowly and constantly delaying. I worked for the Current project and it ended in March. But until now we have not been able to complete our KYC to get the tokens. That made me feel very upset and tired. Hopefully there will not be such bad projects in the future.
