WHAT IS TILCOIN
TILCOIN is an international project and an art platform based on blockchain technologies. The technology allows to save art objects, their provenance and protect them from different manipulations and falsification with the help of blockchain and to sell virtual fragments of art objects serigraphy to investors.

OUR PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
• Search, expertise, evaluation, acquisition and digitalization of art objects
• PR of art objects and their authors, exhibition activities
• Sale of art objects in exchange for tokens
• Creation of the marketplace for the world of art

HOW IT WORKS
1) We acquire art objects (paintings, posters, stamps, antiques and etc);
2) We digitize them using blockchain. Art objects are scanned in high resolution (1000 DPI) using proprietary methods which allow to view and print out detailed fragments. We have developed a navigation system which makes it easy to find and view any sector of an art object with the maximum zooming;
3) We divide the art object into virtual fragments;
4) We sell the fragments for the tokens of the company;
5) Investors get an opportunity to earn on the growth of the cost of art objects.

All data on the art objects (such as image, title, author, expertise certificates, insurance, owner, exhibition activities and etc.) is stored in the Ethereum-based smart contract. The smart contract also stores all data on the owner of every fragment.
In addition to that we plan to provide insurance coverage for our tokens. The token will be protected against various risks and force majeure events. Peculiarities and details of the insurance certificates are currently being developed by our insurance partner, Willis Tower Watson.

THE TOKEN
Our token is identified as TLC and based on ERC-20 standard. It is the asset-backed token, since it is backed by the physical asset, i.e. art objects, owned by TILCOIN. The overall number of tokens (50 mln.) is already in the open network. 49% of them will be provided for sale. Now our token is utility with the scheduled conversion to security standard after the pre-ICO in October and further potential conversion to e-money.

but even though the shortcomings in writing articles can still be supported by the advantages as you mentioned, for example from the web display and others. I think if the whitepaper is fixed, it will be even more interesting and certainly many visitors will read.
