Really hard to trust a project with high ROI. Most of them are scammers. People got on board expecting that they will get large profit but in the end, they couldn't get back even their initial investments.

Usually 100 out of 100 are a scam as serious projects won't throw numbers around and promise any ROI without having delivered anything great.
