What's wrong with Poloniex ETH deposits?

I've sent 0.51 ETH. The transaction shows almost 800 confirmations and the balance is still 0.

Did you already try to contact their support? They're probably the one who can solve your problem.

Submit a ticket to Polo's support because if the transaction is confirmed so it's Polo's problem with ETH transfer to your exchange account. I'm sure you will receive your ETH after ticket submission.

If the ETH address is right then you must have your ethereum on your poloniex wallet now but Polonies exchange is one of the exchange where lot of accusations against them and they were still unresolved which shows how their trustworthiness being so you don't have any other option than waiting for your support ticket to be answered and also check your exchange wallet periodically maybe you will receive it any time.

In that case where deposits didnt credit on your own exchange wallet then the most common problem is either you sent out on a wrong address or would just simply poloniex wallet is on maintenance
where you cant really see funds on your wallet until they would fix it.For now contacting them would really be pain in the ass yet answering or having a response to their users would really take time and
