If you are familiar with paper wallets or physical Bitcoin then yes it is possible to transfer Bitcoins without the use of Internet. However, giving away paper wallets or physical Bitcoins is different from sending through internet because physical Bitcoins has a fixed value line 0.1BTC, 0.5BTC or 1BTC depends on its face value. I have a few of those physical coins, some are funded and some are none. Those that are funded can be given away as a gift.
I don't think there is a so called physical bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin and any other cryptos can only be tranfered through internet. So we can't trade cryptos without internet.

Yes i agree on that, i believe that the bitcoin is runs only through the help of the internet. I believe that the bitcoin will stop if the internet shot down. But I think internet today is really useful and slowly become a part of human life so then I believe that the government will not stop the internet.

Through physical wallet but I guess just few people would do it.
And you should really know the other person who are going to buy or sell the crypto.

Yes BTC can be transferred or sent without the internet. We have a wallet known as the paper wallet which does that job but it depends on how you trust the sender before you can use it.

I honestly just found out that there is a paper wallet, it looks like bitcoin is ready to face the world without the internet
then what is my question, how do I access the paper wallet? does it really really not need an internet connection?

Ofcourse it can! but not everyone is comfortable with paper wallets! Before u even send to a paper wallet you will need internet! I would have loved an SMS network for $Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency! I think dev of crypto projects should start thinking in this direction, because it makes adoptability even easier! Most people can use a non internet enabled phone to send text messages and take/make calls!! these group if it can see sending of crypto as just doing a text message, it would be better for the growth of the technology! It would surprise you to know that there are millions who still can't afford a smart phone, SMS would work magic for these millions!

Google can't help you in this case. Bitcoins are meant to be online and you can only store then in various coins or cold storages which would than make them stored offline. You cannot transact bitcoins offline as they need a active internet connection to push the transaction into the block. Bitcoin transactions are pushed forward into the blockchain to process where the miners make the transactions process by solving the algorithms.

Bitcoins can be assumed as a digital currency which does not have any hard currency form (Exception: Cold storage, physical coins, hardware wallet, etc). They can only go through via the internet. You can perhaps trade for bitcoina offline if they are stored in the physical coins but it would go much hectic.

We all have a active internet connection so why shall we go for offline trading? Bitcoins are best as they are and also using and transacting bitcoins is much easier and secure online.

Bitcoin is versatile so if there's a way to send, receive and trade without internet then that would be possible. It is actually beneficial for users because it will lessen hackers and transactions will be seen.

Bitcoin is a digital currency and so it's transaction can only be carried out online though the internet.

It is a decentralized virtual currency and not fiat currency.

I think it will be almost impossible to transact bitcoin not using the internet as that would defeat the purpose of its creation.

As of now there is no way to transact or transfer bitcoin without the Internet but I read an article before that they are developing an altcoin that doesn't need an Internet to send the coin in other wallet but it still need Internet to sync his wallet to appear in the Blockchain.

No, I don't know why people are saying that you can actually transfer bitcoin without being connected to the internet. Can you search google, Use google, Download a movie without being connected to the internet? You could however buy the movie from a shop or buy a book instead of searching google, But you can never really download anything if you're not connected to the internet.

My own conclusions at your problem is that you already sent the transaction until you have an Internet and along the way have a connection problem but the transaction been made it is just not recorded to what gadget you were using with and on your way home the device connected through the internet and once again fully committed to the internet so far the transaction recorded sync and verified and be remind that if you were using electrum there's an option that you can spent unconfirmed balance meaning by this is that the balance not been verified via block chain could be send.

It is possible that over time the cryptocurrency market will contribute to the development of the Internet. Unfortunately, for the time being, you will not be able to perform the operations indicated without Internet access.

Physical bitcoin is like a coin that contain private key inside it, So it is like you can have bitcoin physically and carry it everywhere. I think in this forum there are people who offer service to make something like that.

I don't think Bitcoins can be sent without mining in the blockchain which uses internet as it source of power. The only way for bitcoins is sent is through the network which needs internet for validation.

Also just saw a post on facebook saying

The writer went forward to explain, 'The mesh network works for every 4miles until it gets to the nearest access to the internet. That's to say you can send bitcoin through the mesh network from one mesh to another within 4miles until you get the nearest access to the internet".

as far as I know (CMIIW) but Mesh Network still really needs internet network right? Mesh network is more like a LAN network with wider coverage, but still unable to access the website server needed

I also agree.Maybe in the next years,it will be more possible to transact bitcoins even without internet connection. But for now, sending and receiving bitcoin is more dependent in the internet access. If you happen to have a poor connection,i think your transaction might not be successfully done.

For now, it needs internet in sending and receiving bitcoin because without it, we cannot do the above transactions. I think in future it is possible to send and received bitcoin, if that would happened for sure many will use it.

In many area, there is no good internet connection. I think with technology and development of cryptocurrency, i am believe bitcoin can use in area without good internet infrastructure. Internet is important thing for bitcoin to store the transaction data.

According to  Techopedia website  definition of a digital currency, is a payment method which exists only in electronic form and is not tangible.Bitcoin is Digital currency therefore to access it(send, received or trade) it must be through and electronic means, which is the internet.
