removing sig.campaign?

Some sig.campaigns require you to write 15 posts per week, some 25, some 50 or more. Why not limit the maximum number of posts in each sig.campaign?

I think i already got the best answer why theymos cant ban sig. campaign so Im locking my post now.thanks to all the members who answered with respect and helpful points and to those not so good critics hope you can be more helpful next time.
