The 3.5 Million INCR premine will be used for Masternode slots (maximum of 200 slots from the premine, there is no upper limit for the number of masternodes a user can host in total), Translation Bounties, Pool Bounties, Exchanges, promotions and for future development of the coin.

Translation Bounties - 1000 INCR per language
Pool Bounties - 5000 INCR each for the first 5 Pools
Exchanges - 10000 INCR each for the first 3 Exchanges

Increcoin is being developed to be an ASIC resistant coin at all times, hence the X16S Algorithm was chosen. If and when an ASIC is released for X16S, the Algorithm of Increcoin will be changed to keep it ASIC resistant. There are hardly any X16S coin with POS. Increcoin would be POW/POS/MN all in one. It was earlier announced the algorithm would be C11. We have now changed to X16S. There is no particular reason to change it.

Increcoin will be part of a larger marketplace where users can purchase digital and/or physical goods and merchants will have the option to receive not just in INCR but in FIAT as well. The larger marketplace will be followed by mini market hubs. Detailed explanation will be available in the Whitepaper which will be released in the 4th week of October, 2018.

The current roadmap is for the next 1 year. More will be revealed over time.

Users who would like to purchase Increcoin Masternode slots will have to send the payments to addresses listed in the form below and fill in the transaction details along with user information. Users will have the option to set the Masternode by themselves or get assistance from the dev. Users who purchase masternode slots from the premine will have their VPS cost covered for 1 year. Each Masternode slot is priced at $500. This sale will run till we get listed in the first exchange or 200 Masternode slots are sold whichever is earlier. An user can purchase a maximum of 10 slots. The masternode collateral is 10000 INCR. The users will however have access to his/her coins anytime and will not be in the control of the dev team. Masternodes will be set up in 48 to 72 hours from the time of submission of the purchase form. Now members who purchase the masternode slots will have to enter in the purchase form, the Bitcointalk username of the person who referred them in to purchase the slots as the referrer would get 10% of the amount in BTC/BCH/ETH paid plus 10% of coins purchased (1000 INCR for every slot). If no one referred you to purchase, you will have to enter None.

Do note that it is not mandatory to purchase from the premine to run a Masternode. Anyone can run a masternode any time they wish if they have 10000 INCR in their wallet. It doesnt matter if it was mined, purchased from premine or exchange.

Yeah, that's the problem in this community. If you are an investor and you will believe whatever the dev team will say, you will end up broke, angry to everyone, stress to everything, and so on... Just risk what you can afford to lose if somebody wants to buy one.

Update

Algorithm has been changed from C11 to X16S. No particular reason for the change.

Masternodes will be set up in 48 to 72 hours from the time of submission of the purchase form. This is changed from the earlier announcement of 24 to 48 hours, the reason being fixing a time with the member is needed to set up the masternode.

Whitepaper will be released in the 4th week of October.
