The award goes to bitcoin. Everyone is choosing bitcoin as the coin to HODL more than 10 years.
I saw people declare that they are good holding it for 15 years because they see that its going to be the strongest coin. The future is unforeseen but this coin is worth to take for that long. |

If I choose only 1 crypto to hold for long term like 10 years maybe I choose ethereum, it could be like the price of bitcoin that could reach $20,000 price.

Bitcoin is better and safer for holding that longer ,but don't you think its bad to hold just a single coin for 10years? I wont hurt if you take some altcoins along and even in 10years time no one knows what will happen ,we might see a new king on the number one list

Im still clueless which hold coin to hold for at least 10 years. But Im thinking of a project that has capacity or market cap that considerably big enough to survive for at least those long years. Also, with a concept that can still be usefull after a long year. I prefer as well a token/coin that has a low supply that can be also source of potential demand due to scarce. That moat likely I will hodl. Im not holding any big coin such as btc or eth since we dont know if those project can still be great after 10 years.

What is crypto good to hold for 10 years?
the first choice might be bitcoin because bitcoin is the number 1 coin and has the biggest marketcap at the moment. and both EOS, because EOS is better than ethereum and I'm sure the next ten years the EOS Platform can definitely defeat the other Smartcontrac Platforms.

You say you do not want to risk but I'm feeling that you are risking because 10 years is a very long time, and with the rapid change in crypto, I do not think holding for ten years would be a good thing, bitcoin or altcoin, everything is dangerous. Of course it is BITCOIN! It is my one of the best coin to hold especially for long term like 10 years! I'm pretty sure that's a lot of profit.  And watch for Ethereum, it is cheap right now. |

For sure majority on the response will choose bitcoin and ethereum as nobody will take a risk on choosing those not proven coins or weak coins that has no real product. I will also choose bitcoin and ethereum but why I should limit myself if I can gamble on those have potential projects like Litecoin, Stellar, EOS which are much cheaper than bitcoin and ethereum. Although if you know how to diversify your funds then it will be wiser than putting your money on just 1 crypto. |

I choose Btc. King is king always I think.
BTC is also my decision for a HODL of 10 years. 10 years are an amazing long time and I trust BTC to be most succesful during 10 years. Most coins have not proven to stay a longer time and will be obsolete maybe, but BTC is for sure a valuable decision. |

For 10 years grip, the time is not short. If I don't save coins for up to 10 years because if market conditions soar, I will sell coins and invest again. But if you hold for 10 years, the coins that I will hold are Bitcoin and Ethereum.

certainly, the main options are the coins that can be used for long term investment or could last for a long time. bitcoin can be a good solution and even another altcoin already in position in the coinmarketcap can be used as an option. ten years is not a short time and required strong coins to survive by a large number of new coins that continue to appear.

10 year is a very long time to hold any cryptocurrency. Certainly I would plan maximum for 2-3 years because we know there will always some technology improvements. In my opinion Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP would be the best choice to hold for 10 years. Apart from this there are many other high potential altcoins one can hold but I believe btc and eth is the king of the market.
