Check the metamask usages on traffering tokens. It is do easy to access and Buy the tokens with the ethereum using metamask.

I see the people and many projects are having option to buy the tokens vis this option only or directly they punch on the website.

If you want to create the smart contracts you may get the ideas from the project development pioneers. Download ethreum wallet on Windows and then try using the youtube video you search it.

I want to send from my main wallet 1000 different wallets per wallet 0.0025 eth
I do not know how to move it quickly with smart contract
If using metamask it will be very slow

You're right, you can't send to multiple wallets unlike Bitcoin. I'm not sure if this can help,

I think there is no specific wallet like bitcoin that lets you send ethereum to multiple addresses by a single click however you can do so if you are familiar woth python coding language or simply hire an expert who will help you.
I have seen most ICO developers sending bounty payments using python script
