Weird transaction. Where are all my BTC?!

Hi everybody,

I'm new here, I created my account because I have a question to Bitcoin's experimented users aha! 

I found tonight a weird transaction on my Electrum wallet, who send all the Bitcoins of my wallet. I never made this transaction! I don't know what is...

Maybe someone hack me? Is it possible? I'm so stressed!

I found the details of the transaction on Blocktrail.com, but I don't know how to read it, I d'ont have so more information of this transaction.

Please, if someone can help me, I can send you the transaction ID, or details, for your help?

I'm not so "techy" and know a lot about this but I will give a try.

There are two possibilities: this happened because you're hacked or because of a human intervention. Are you sure that you are the only one who knows the username and password of your wallet? Did you filled up a suspicious form online asking vital infos like that? Because one of them might be the root of your problem.

I was thinking about a publicity software, but I open it, and deleted it at once after.

We're still not sure if that's the main reason because IMO it's purpose (telling time) got nothing to do with a phishing app since it doesn't required filling up infos so there's no way that your account would be hacked, unless it does in your case. If it's not a phishing app then maybe it's a harmful malware or a keylogger.

I feell sorry for you, much better if you will now change your wallet to be safe. Scan your computer if it contains viruses too. By the way, how much did you lost?

I'm afraid so. It might also have been some other malware that got you infected with earlier, but given that the transaction happened shortly after installing suspicious software, that little clock app was probably it.

Sorry for your loss, but now that the transaction is out, there's nothing to be done.

Assume that your computer is still infected and do not reuse your backed up wallet seed. Do keep your backed up wallet seed in case it turns out to be some other issue after all. Do not use or open any other altcoin wallets you may have. Run a virus scan ASAP lest some other nasty surprises await you.

Next time consider setting up cold storage [1] with a separate device that is not connected to the internet and not used for anything else. Any old laptop with a freshly reinstalled operating system of your choice should suffice. Alternatively, consider buying a hardware wallet such as the Trezor [2] or Ledger Nano S [3] -- preferably directly and not via 3rd party resellers.

instead of guessing what's happened, paste the suspicious transaction ID here and some details
indicate which one is your address(es) and prior transactions you made that might have relations
most of the time what a new user thought as weird transactions are actually normal in bitcoin
you said "send all the Bitcoins", so is your wallet showing total 0 balance currently?

For newbies, the best cold storage is a hardware wallet, such as trezor or ledger nano.

It's too much of a trouble to make an secure off line computer. Ledger nano gives you a nice security with zero effort.

Electrum is an amazing wallet, but with an infected computer, it's a risk.

You can use ledger nano and trezor on infected devices.

Your coins are now lost , if you were really hacked.

From your explanation and after I read all the replies, I'm sure this is due to malware or backdoor that infects your computer. Be careful when opening a file from the internet, even if it's from your own friend.

You must try to scan that app if you doubt that software is a virus or malware. Try to use Kaspersky it has a free trial to use and scan your whole computer and that software.

Your mistake here, why did you use utorrent which I think the source of viruses comes from that may affect your PC and randomly uploading any files from your PC to utorrent which I think possible to happen.

Beware on using the utorrent because there are many viruses you can get from their server and also if use this app you should disable the upload option, but I don't know if it can remove the upload or seeding process. So, I think the best you can do is uninstall and scan your PC to quarantine any suspicious files from your PC.

I'm sorry for your loss but it's very likely that you downloaded a piece of software that was infected.

I really do not like the idea of trying to secure your system because you're never going to be sure that is completely clean, so it is better for you to make a fresh install that you know is completely virus free and then you can install a wallet there and if possible never use it for anything other than to to use your wallet.

Sad to say that no one can help you to recover those funds. Just post the TXID and if its really weird and you didn't do the transaction then like they say its possible that someone has invaded your wallet.

How are you keeping the seeds of your electrum wallet? did you just recorded it to an email or cloud storage or saved it on a notepad on your PC? if you did that then that's possible the hacker caught your seeds and after finding it out after you downloaded that clock app, he accessed to it quickly.

Most of the apps like that has hidden terms and if you just keep on pressing "Agree" / "Ok, proceed" you gave him permission to control your PC remotely. Sorry for your loss mate.

Hey mate, post your transaction link here so we can know what really happened to your wallet.
I think your wallet have been compromised, otherwise your balance would not moving itself.

I made a restoration of my computer, and to be shure I will create a new wallet on my other computer, who is clean.

I will probably never get back my bitcoins, but I will be more vigilant in the future.

If you decide to get further involved in crypto, really do think about getting a hardware wallet. It's just a one time investment and definitely worth the peace of mind. And as I mentioned above, buy it directly from the producers and make sure to initialize the hardware wallet from scratch, should you decide to get one.

Whatever you buy, just make sure you buy it from the original vendor. It should come to you sealed and the seal should be intact. Please verify it with care!

The thing is, that there has been reports about hardware wallets with preinstalled wallets by other resellers (mostly from eBay) and the buyers lost their founds eventually.

I have both Trezor and Ledger too and I recommend them both too.

Once the transaction has been made, no one can get it back unless you know who you are transacting with. That's the double-edge of blockchain technology.
