When the price is low that is the right time to buy bitcoin and when it is high the right time to sell.  This is the cycle of every market and we have to obey this cycle in other to be able to make money from the market.  I agree with Novogratz on this and now is the right time to buy bitcoin and hold to sell at $9000. My advice to you is to stop listening to the bullshit some of the likes of Novogratz is saying. They are bullshit and baseless predictions that is not backed by anything and cannot be backed by anything because no one can tell what the future would hold.

I mean it is a great idea to buy right now since the price is very low and certainly dipped but you should do this by knowing that you will never know when the price will go up, maybe it will go up before 2019 or maybe it will go up in may of 2019 or maybe it will go up in 2020 and spend all of 2018 and 2019 low. Buy if you can hold it for long enough to wait, if you can't wait and the bitcoin needs to increase before 2018 ends than do not bet your money into it.

I think constantly buying bitcoin is the smartest thing you can do. Not buying with all your money tho, like savings account, accumulate bitcoin monthly. For example buying 100$ worth of bitcoin every month (or whatever you can afford, 100 is just an example) you can definitely break even and profit.

For example any person who has been doing this method for the past 3 years would have made insane profits now. If you have started last year to this day yes it wouldn't make you rich and even lose money a bit but at least you would drop the cost average with the low price days as well. Yeah I agree with you. $9000 will be enough for bitcoin till the end of the year. nobody understood why the price jumped like kangaroo in the last months of the previous year, but one thing is clear that the bump in the previous years was not actual and was created temporarily, that’s why in the second month of this year it collapsed again and came to its right position.

The price rises one day and downs on the other day. I think is ok to buy bitcoin now, but probable we will not see a high price at the end of 2018. Is ok to buy now as it can grow more in 2019 and a % of profit will be in my opinion. Difficult for the fact that we cannot tell if there's a continuous surge will be happen on crypto space since if you evaluate the price as of december 2017 until today anyone will find out that long term hodling is a big pain in the ass for the people who buy at the peak. We still have a chance to get bitcoin for low than $7000 and I think that it will little bit bump in the coming two months. I wasn't sure about buying or holding the ones I had but recently I had to spend some money for some emergency and thankfully I had some bitcoins at the side, it barely covered it and I had couple bad days but now I am back on track again and saving once again and honestly it is not even about ending the 2018 with more bitcoin but it is about the price of bitcoin being so low that buying at these rates seem like no brainer.

I am going to buy as much as I can and hold as much as I can (if I can) because the price is incredibly low and seems like it already hit the dip. If it was going any lower it would have, there was literally nothing stopping bitcoin going lower but it didn't which means the price is about these rates for now.

We have many predictions from those crypto enthusiast or experts but I'm not buying those as I believe that the price of bitcoin will depends on the supply and demand. Besides prediction is not assurance that the price will surely goes that way. I believed the chance for the bitcoin market to reach the mentioned is already passed and there's nothing much left in this year market than to seize the chance of the dump in price as MarchToke said. I am speculating that bitcoin is going to break $9,000 in some weeks to come and that will happen because bakkt is going to introduce future trade and always bitcoin do get bullish at the end of every year.  I believe that bitcoin is going to get bullish and the bottom has been touched.

That is usually the thing for a market that is only moving based on speculation and no real life usage. The demand we keep seeing now are basically speculative driven and manipulated  by some whales based on how the market would favor them, but in most cases, we just have to understand that this is only something that can be eliminated with real life usage in the long run where we get to have real demand and supply based on people seeing the need to use it in real life and not just some I want to get rich FOMO thing that in the end, it just gets to a point where it could no longer go up and then we see another level of cashing out.

I do not see any cold market actually or a long term bearish market, because if we are actually to look at the long term, I am sure, the market is growing every single day. Now, what I cannot seem to understand is how people tend to see an opportunity as a problem. I see the current market as an opportunity for someone who is actually looking forward to long term growth to start accumulating now.
