Does that man appear to be capable of negotiating a multi-million dollar chip deal with engineers and manufactures he can't even complete a full sentence!( and not with that tie on for sure)!

Anyone threatening legal recourse, which is a complete joke in 2014 on an anonymous VPN hosted forum, will be clowned upon and thrown out for running diversion tactics as a PR move on behalf of VMC so the scam/con can CONTINUE that is the only reason to cover up this truth!
The only individuals who have cause for legal action, and rightly so I might add, are the families and victims of this con artist.

As of this topic creation there is no record of a refund being received by any customer of VMC for orders Ken has stated totaled $6,000,000 at one point.

I am also waiting for a refund, for like 10grand. Ken slaughter is hurting his reputation if you ask me. I been waiting for almost 2 months. I can't believe how they are. Things came up and I now need the money for a surgery and they are taking their time and likely not going to send me back my money. Why because I honestly think they are crooks and I'm the idiot for trusting them.

Scammed me. Waiting for pre-order since 12-15-2013. Disconnected email accounts so they cant get emails. Called customer service, no answer, no return call. Private messaged Mr. Slaughter asking for a refund before I report VMC. His response was, "Do what you need to do.  Customers reporting us go to the bottom of the list."

I have to admit when i first saw http://virtualminingcorp.com when it was first noticed,i was skepitical of the call us online button and after there was indeed the photoshopped pci-e card images which now apear to have been removed,i knew something wasnt right from the first time i saw this site,always be aware of desperation for your hard earned money.

Roughly one year ago, I called Ken Slaughter a scammer and received flak by other members.
I stand here today with my same convictions as I did one year ago, except stronger.

VMC / Ken Slaughter / ActiveMining.
It's all a scam.

I ordered last december.

Asked for a refund 1 day later (after discovering december delivery date wasn't coming)

4 months later and around 100 messages to Kenneth slauther I have yet to get that refund.

I contacted the office of the attourney general in jefferson county MO - got a letter back from them and the are actively pursuing / investigating him.



Do not buy anything from them.

I have had a similar experience as all of you. They took my 1900 and some odd dollars in December, I asked for a refund in February and have been fighting with them ever since. It's either "refunds are only sent out on Friday" or "your refund is being processed and will take 2-4 weeks". I will be notifying the attorney generals office as well. Someone needs to take their site down.

Is there any info on refunds that weren't transferred to product? I've seen the user magzy on the forum talking about how much of a bad experience was had with VMC. Are there many refund requests? Negative feedback from customers hurts much worse when a company is new and trying to get a footing in the industry.

However, I've been in contact with ken on PM's over the last 3 months after getting nothing from CS and he has replied to most of my requests with the following recurring theme:

We had a little problem in December with BTC processing, so all Bitcoin refunds have to be checked, so that may be the hold up.  I will look into why you refund has not be sent.
