 I'm not familiar on that coins you mentioned above therefore my only suggestion is.  Make a research about the background each of that coin to obtain information which is good to invest.  Be careful pal especially choosing a not popular coin because mostly now are not worth it to invest and sometimes scam wherein always turn to shitcoin suddenly  , so don't fall quickly and make an investigation to secure your money.

Why these coins? There are lots of top coins with very high chance of repeating their ATHs some day and thus bringing 3x+ profits! OP coin is 1016th on coinmarketcap! Come on, don't lose your money on such investments. The project's probably dead. Condensate's social activity is also dead for months, so not worth it. Electra is at least rather stable and alive, but I don't see anything special about the project. Colossus is a bit worse, though, so I'd choose electra just like others. I do recommend you to rethink your investment choices though. The bearish market is full of opportunities. It's a shame to miss them and go for very risky investments.

because from Top 1 to 100, all of them are basically 'same' project. They created a project so people can use it as a 'currency' or 'form of payment'.
for your info, ColossusXT is a good project and for me it's compareable to Monero in term of anonymity and very fast compared to Bitcoin.
other than that it's also very cheap compared to Dash (both of them have masternode system).

There are investors and traders out there that don't depend on the ranking of the coins. They are looking for those "hidden gems" and low valued coins while its still on its early stage. As for checking those coins, all of them are just cents in price so that probably the reason why he chose it.

People do really like to target out on low volume with low cap believing that they would able to make 10-100x soon when the market tends to recover but this kind of strategy in investment

YOu are right, I have looked at the projects, but all the projects are unknown for me. Perhaps he can choose some projects who are in the top 200 of the cryptocurrency list.

If you are conservative investor, you should hold your BTC (its part must be >50% of your crypto assets) and but some coins from TOP15 list on coinmarketcap.

Did any of the coins OP picked turned out to be a good investment, I think the best coin you can hold a long time is Bitcoins. I find it really difficult to pick small altcoins to buy, so I mostly stay in top 100 on coinmarket cap.

You have that good choice but we don't need to invest a numbers of altcoins, better to have them in bulk rather than have a lot of altcoins to hold. Though it is not a problem if you can manage them all but the risk is to high. Considering the market flows, it is enough to have 5 different coins and it surely you can easily track them all the time.

you are right, there is still too much risk to invest in assets below 100 cmc. they are better assets for daily trading, because usually the market movements that are created are still very fast. some altcoins that are already above, definitely have a better and stronger market. it will be good for the long term.

This projects doesn’t seems like project of the people and I think he had better trim his selection out of the thousand we have to the top 20 like you say, I even work with top 10, it is safer for me around this zone that the other part of the market. In my opinion  Electra (ECA), ColossusXT (COLX) better then OPCoinX (OPCX) and Condensate (RAIN) because I see most tradeable coins grow day by day.

Maybe my opinion is different from other people because if I were you I would not choose these 4 coins to invest on the grounds that all the coins were not too well known and most likely the coins would die because the market capitalization would continue to decline.

The person who does not want to bother himself with unnecessary worries, doing an analysis of various projects, in order to avoid big risk, he will best invest his money only in the most popular coins in the cryptocurrency market, which have a sufficiently large capitalization.  This is how the visual cryptocurrency market is formed.
