Hello all. I know 1xbit/1xbet have a ton of negative reviews all over the internet for various reasons. I've used them about a year or so and up until now my experience had been relatively positive. Was up a decent amount last hockey season, and was paid every penny, usually pretty quickly. Fast forward to yesterday: Had a really good/lucky night yesterday. Today, I log into my account today to see I am 513.18 mBT short. I check my history from yesterday to see 6 of my wins were cancelled, and a baseball wager all the way back from September 28th. Totaled the cancelled wins up and came right out to the missing amount from my account. Contacted them via email and got the following response: Dear Client, Bets placed on events, the outcome of which was known at the time of placement, should be settled at odds of 1. Your bets had been re-calculated, hence the loss of funds. NONE of my wagers were placed after goals were scored. I watch the games on NHL center ice, and anyone who has this/gambles live knows there is a 15-20 second delay. Hell, any time a goal is scored, I see the odds frozen and sure enough 15-20 seconds later, I see the goal. So it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to past post a wager on such a delayed feed. Two specific wagers stand out from the Islanders game last night which were cancelled. One was placed before REGULATION ENDED, and the other was placed BEFORE OVERTIME STARTED. The Islanders went on to win in overtime and somehow these were part of the group which were cancelled. Check the link below and you’ll see the time my wagers were placed. The 17:46 was placed in REGULATION and the 17:49 was placed BEFORE OVERTIME started. I sent this to 1xbit and got the same generic response about me being provided the information. I’d love someone to explain how it’s humanly possible to place a wager in regulation for a game that ended in overtime, and have it be a past posted wager. This game is just one example, I could go through each and every single bet but that would take years. Is there someone on this forum who could help me? Customer support has been no help, simply providing the same generic response and not even reading my comments regarding the proof these wagers can’t possibly be placed after goals. https://imgur.com/a/DlCp2ub

What is your point? You knew they are scammers, you used it and got scammed and now you are complaining that you were scammed? 1xBit scam + 1xBet scam + Betandyou scam

change the site and start fresh with one of the trusted sites here , IDK why you played with them since you already know that they are scammers if they paid you sometimes that doesn't mean they will be the same for always , the scammer will always scam at some point
guess there is no point of even posting the problem here , 1xbit doesn't check the forums and most of the forums users already know that it's a bad site and that they should avoid it

Maybe that changed, but I saw in the past they DID post here which is why I started the thread. If they had any intention of cleaning of their reputation, then they would fix something like this. But it they gave up on that, then yes I doubt itll matter.

What I don't get about 1xbit is they are still so popular across all the sites. Almost every streaming that I watch for the hard to find games in Asia like badminton for example, all have 1xbit banners. Almost every sports bookie site I see also has 1xbit. But we keep hearing about them scamming, could it be they are paying selectively, paying affiliates and paying smaller players?
It's really not nice for new players, yes they should have checked scams. But this is not the gambling forum everyone knows.

There are already many scam accusations that are unresolved and they haven't responded to any of them. Your case is another addition to that list. Perhaps a popular figure being made as brand ambassador changes things? https://youtube.com/watch?v=UHNJ3N3dGWsLike Mayweather and Centra : https://www.cnbc.com/2018/04/03/floyd-mayweather-backed-cryptocurrency-ico-fraud-sec-says.html (tho he wasn't a brand ambassador but still he played his part in promotion)

You can hold everyone who knowingly promotes a publicly proven scam responsible for your damages. It's really not nice for new players, yes they should have checked scams. But this is not the gambling forum everyone knows. If someone is too lazy to put 1xbit or 1xbet scam into google, he possibly has to pay the price!

I had no idea. Andrea Pirlo, of all people? But with so many casinos in football, I guess it is normal, just wondering if that's really him, so few views hahaha. Anyway, yes of course, brand ambassadors, 1xbit ads all over sites like I said, and almost every sports stream you can see 1xbit. It doesn't help that their odds are so good sometimes, plus their promotions etc. They look very corporate, very clean, "professional". Also, it's the gambling industry, media doesn't like to write about it, so the journalists aren't interested in uncovering scams from the big players.

Yeah, they created new account and opened new thread here but if you saw, they got immediately negative replies. 1xbit is the website of 1xbet, they are in business for more than 10 years, always were scammers, they won't change. What I don't get about 1xbit is they are still so popular across all the sites. I think you see an advertisement of 1xbet, not bit. They have ads mostly on pirate websites, live streaming and etc. They pay money selectively, mostly everything depends on how much profit they get from you, they hate when someone wins.

I had similar experiences so many times where my bets are voided. You just have to bet elsewhere..

They have advertisements in all pirated videos in my country. I was about to try it before I found different threads saying that they are scammers. It's better to look for reputed websites only rather than betting on random scam websites.
