Have you checked whether there are any viable LocalBitcoins.com traders in your area? Centralized exchanges that do not follow KYC / AML guidelines don't last so long nowadays. Depending on where you are based your local Bitcoin traders may be a bit more flexible (although most now also follow KYC / AML guidelines once certain volumes are reached).

You wont really have any choice but doing either P2P or using up LBC because when we do talk about Fiat deposits then it do always integrate with KYC.

I would not trust any exchange that allowed deposits without KYC. I would fully expect them to be shut down or screwed with by The Man. I'd only bother with P2P like Bisq if I was uptight about that type of thing.
As time moves on the idea of anywhere non KYC will seem a distant memory. Things are only going to get tighter from now on.

Have you tried livecoin.net? As far i am aware of this exchange, they allow many features to their members with no extra requirements except email and password. They are really new in market since 2018 but have great support of regular traders. They accept fiat deposits via credit/debit cards to make it possible for everyone to trade on their platform

Any exchange you find accepting Fiat deposits without KYC are likely either very new with little reputation or straight up scams. There are usually alternatives to circumventing KYC, but it's especially difficult with a non-P2P fiat transaction. LBC may be a good option as some here have already said, but I would suggest going in small portions at a time to prevent yourself from being scammed, and only go with high-reputation people with high volume recently.

What's wrong and why are you looking for an exchange that lets users make deposits without KYC? In fact, I have been doing this since 2016 if it is not wrong, even at that time KYC was still not as popular now and I did it and believed it if the exchange was indeed highly recommended. So with that I am familiar with KYC and will not use exchanges that do not apply KYC from various purposes. I don't know where the exchange you are looking for and you need, because so far I always use exchanges that do apply KYC.

KYC is necessary procedure so I would not trust an ICO who does not obligate people to do it

You tax data will be recorded even you use the direct account details or with the usage of your bank details while you paying up to the exchange wallet. I am not sure how do you looking to have the fund without kyc details. KYC details will be asked in all the centralized wallets and exchanges so you need to go with the good best site if you wish by exchange.

Most regulated exchanges will be legally obliged to ask for your KYC, which is why you see so little options when it comes to this. The only two options that I would say is viable for you is Localbitcoins/Paxful/any other p2p trading site, or an exchange on bestchange.com which may not be as trustworthy as the major ones, but will usually offer certain trading pairs without the need of verification. Again, you're not going to get good rates. Expect a 5-10% cut at least, but if you're buying with cash deposit on Localbitcoins this spread could be lower. It's certainly a lot lower than Virwox after all the fees, though.

Here in Belgium and The Netherlands we have Bitonic.nl, they don't require you to send in any documents, but they do require you to wait 48 hours to get verified after your first deposit. I'm not sure if they are also available in other countries, but their website is available in English as well, so I think it can be used throughout the SEPA area. https://bitonic.nl/en/

There is ton, these are all payment processors that deal with fiat such as PM, Payeer, Advcash etc. which are quite shady and I'm sure it's probably not what you're looking for. If you are, there are a lot of them out there on bestchange. I think you're best to use localbitcoins if you're talking about bank deposits or transfers here. They offer the most protection using escrow compared to just sending your money over to an unknown entity and you'll get the best rates. While there are international exchangers that accept wire transfers or WU transfers without KYC, they're quite shady and I wouldn't recommend them.

KYC is made compulsory in almost all the countries. And if we are finding ways to bypass it ; it means we do not believe in society. We are social human being. We are responsible towards our society and the country. Unaccounted / unknown funds can be a big threat to the society / country. That is why they are making such laws. Terrorism being the biggest threat to the world we should provide KYC to stop it and help the governments to search the persons with doubtful character.

I think there is no exchange that doesn't ask for KYC procedure. Even if there is any I wouldn't trust them my funds because they are probably not runing legitimate business. In that case you can expect scam or at least no customer protection at all so avoid that. So the choice you have left is localbitcoins. You should also be very careful.there because not all traders there are honest but still I'm sure you can find someone with fair terms to do your transactions.

Not sure if it's a global policy, but as far as I have seen, even LocalBitcoins is no longer the preferred option to go for due to their 'recent' policy change. Authorities are doing the best they can to cap our freedom. Trying to find someone locally to trade with isn't that much of an interesting option either, especially with how buyers and sellers are walking targets because they have either cash or coins on them. Even Bitcoin ATMs have all adapted to KYC/AML policies and even require selfies in some cases. Within 2 years 99% of the services will force you to verify yourself, and the other 1% will consist of unregulated disasters.

Most exchange would ask KYC or AML for the sake of security. It seems you're looking for access for asset liquity. You should try crypto ATM to deposite your fiat money with cash or bank card. Here is one for your reference. www.dobiatm.com
