The event that happened in last that metamorphus into the bullish market is not the same this year. From January bitcoin has received Alot of attacks and the attacks range from banning to hacking and scamming that has affected investors mind. I think many good news need to come into the market for us to see another upwards price movement. |

That was last December, Bitcoin was forked during that time which helped the price to reach $18,000. It could be on 2014 all over again when you look at the previous price movement but take note that relying on the past won't always be accurate. The price might increase again this December but it won't be the same as what we saw last year because there's probably a lot of investors who bought at a higher price waiting patiently to break even. |

there are already a bunch of topics about this speculation and the answer is still no. price may rise or it may not rise but in either case it has absolutely nothing to do with what happened last year.
besides it has been time for a price rise for some time now. we are getting to the point which you can call it long overdue!

All the investors also waiting for the hype but market is stable so peoples are buying more Bitcoin in this dip. I think end of the year we will see the good result and I hope Bitcoin is a globalised currency in 2020 so we need more supporter in the Crypto investment. |

yeah there a tends it will increase but in my view probably not too much like what happened before, which in my prediction perhaps above 10k again because it seems sort of late now to touch down again the highest record until December , unless if there's a drastically changed of growth rate in my opinion. |

I don't see why one year should mark the beginning of the next bull run. It's possible that christmas holidays get people excited and FOMO gets triggered, but other than that, im looking at BAKKT as a possible bullish signal starting on early november. The conspiracy theorists are looking at 10/10/18 as predicted by the legendary The Economist cover predicting a one world currency:  I would like a couple of more months of a flat price to stack up on cheap coins before we go $100k. Ideally, at least one year of no action to keep all the noobs away and keep picking up cheap coins before we can never buy under 5 figures a coin ever again. |

Bitcoin price was around 3000-4000 USD last October. The fact that bitcoin price went to 18K dollars last year doesn't mean that it will go again to 18K USD this year.Your feelings about the bitcoin price doesn't matter.The market prices are driven by the emotions of the crowd,not by the feelings of one person. |

It may not work like that cause every price increasment that we encounter in Bitcoin is being goverved by an action. The influence of Bitcoin skyrocking price last year by this exact time is because of the high demand as a result of FOMO and another factors. For another major price increase, we need more than these two. And know that Bitcoin price will definitely see another increasment but not this year.
you may be right and price may not see any major rise this year but that still doesn't give it any legit reason for not rising. in fact i do believe that the only reason that bitcoin has not been rising for the past 2 or 3 months is manipulation and the fear of the manipulation that can come in case of a rise. otherwise price should have gone back up to at least $9k where bitcoin really belongs to not this underpriced level that it is currently stuck at while whales accumulate happily. |
Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Always had a second thought when decided to buy coins, what if bitcoin or other coins' values reach a stage where I will not be able to buy? This really pondered now and then and this pushed me to buy more coins recently. Current opportunity may not be available when I seek for, hence i made use of current situation /opportunity. Everyone can do the same keeping in mind the critical situation might happen in future. Its better crap few best potential coins with current genuine rate as I will not able to buy these potential coins down the line when their values become 4 figured. |

That was last December, Bitcoin was forked during that time which helped the price to reach $18,000. You are correct that the fork too helped the increase because it was just about bitcoin fork in almost all the media. Again, we had much volatility last year compared to this year that has seen so much of sluggish movements and not building hope in the mind of investors. 2016 ending gave an insight to how price could go in 2017 and just as we approached 2017, February and to December were filled with expectations. Nothing like that this year. I will even doubt we can get to $12,000 by the end of the year. |

It is not strong enough reason for the prices to increase in few days just look at the current market situation there is no hype for the bitcoin and the governments were supressing them by restriction and lot of exchanges hacks causes the prices to lower but currently the market is growing in very small rate that is good though if that continues throughout the year we may see $8000 by end of this year. |

This is a positive condition. There has been a lot of improvement and there has also been such a good development. After a few months of decline, now is the time to achieve a much better value. We are all optimistic that Bitcoin prices will continue to experience positive charts. |

opinions seem to differ a lot when it comes to bitcoin price rise at this stage, most people are only hoping for a rise because they are simply tired of the wait and tired of the stable price instead of taking advantage of it buying more! but a lot of others are simply against it because they are taking advantage and even wish for more drop to buy even more bitcoin at lower prices before the next rising rallies begin!

This is a positive condition. There has been a lot of improvement and there has also been such a good development. After a few months of decline, now is the time to achieve a much better value. We are all optimistic that Bitcoin prices will continue to experience positive charts. I think this would be a great time for bull run after suffering the bearish market and prices declination. But the rescent price of bitcoin is rapidly growing and the intact emotions of some people was about to lose, built by dissapointment.
