Apparently you've been banned by a forum moderator,most possibly for plagiarism,you are allowed to make Just a single thread here in meta about your ban as you've done.

Posting outside of meta with this account will also lead to a ban to this very account as it'll be tagged ban evasion,pls note that a ban to an account is also a ban to the user,so you're only allowed to stay on read mode

I checked this user's post history, 1st to 10th page and didn't see any plagiarised content (not so sure maybe it's in page 11 and up) so I think the account were banned because a Spam Buster or a reporter reported it to moderator as a Bounty Spammer. Check its post history and all posts made in 1st page to 10th page were all bounty report links so it is completely spamming.

Didn't even find any useful post or something. So the account deserves to be banned as this is what Spam Busters are against to.

doesn't matter if you dont plan on plagiarizing again, it's still a permaban. you might have some hope of leniency after a few months however. come back and appeal after half a year or something.
