I just installed CPUminer on my computer and I can't tell if this is normal.

yes your getting hashes, so it is working.

but if you are cpu mining bitcoin. dont expect much reward. try an altcoin instead

Bitcoin can't be mine with cpu. You will have nothing with this. You will have nothing even if you mine with gpu. Needed a good asic... With cpu or gpu you can mine other criptocurrencies....
