Not much. Yobit is a well-known shady exchange so you shouldn't be using them. There are multiple reports of them scamming, blocking wallets and freezing accounts.

Keep trying to contact them and/or maybe create a thread in the /r/btc, /r/bitcoin and /r/CryptoCurrency subreddits, maybe they'll act if you get enough upvotes.

As advised before, you used shady exchange, your only hope is to make yourself beign heard. So post this everywhere, but in more details, in reddit for example.

You need to contact Yobit support or admin. They are the person who has the permission to unlock your account.

OP already send a query. Their Contacts can be easily found at their page. And just for your reference, Yobit is known for their poor customer support response since their early phase in crypto world.

You are lucky if they respond to you for at least once a month. Yes you can flood your concern on other crypto related forums if you are really eager to do it. But still there is no assurance that Yobit will take time looking at those kind of post.

While doing that, please have a room now  for accepting that you "might" not get what you want. If you know what I mean here.

I did not know this one! I got tokens available only in yobit hence I am inclined to use it.  I think I need to do more research about this exchange and better manage my account in yobit.

I'm not surprised at all by the lack of communication that yobit has demonstrated.

That is literally what they are known for for the past few years. They have been known to have an unresponsive support and a buggy system that is potentially insolvent which can explain a lot of the withdrawal/deposit issues which happen on their platform.

Can you tell us what you've done leading up to that point to warrant the ban, or did the block just come out of the blue without any reason? But to be fair, yobit support is your only possibility of recourse here, you'll just have to wait till they respond, which could take an eternity.

First of all, you should have never ever gone near yobit. If you heard any reviews on the forum and seen any of the complaints, you know that they are not some site that you want to mess around with.

At any stage they could take your money, suspend your account, and call it a day with their selective scamming. And there would be absolutely nothing you could do because of their unresponsive support and the fact that they're largely an unregulated entity.

For now, I'd recommend you just being patient and waiting for a response. Keep asking for your account to be unbanned and ask for justifications as to why it was banned. If there was some form of valid justification, ask them to return your coins. Keep reiterating these messages to their support, possibly in Russian as well using google translate since some people found success with that.

Before you experience inconvenience you better take care of your funds and don't hope for them to respond any of your query. Every single complain there is taking too long or worst, you'll never get any response.

Use a better exchange that you can communicate with the support regularly and the response time is very quick.

Yobit doesn't care at people's noise at all. The only thing you can do is hope that Yobit operators are in a good mood to help you solve your problem. If that's not the case, you're not going to see your situation improve.

Most shitcoin exchanges block accounts hoping that users will stop trying to gain back access. If even a small percentage of the users ditch their account, the exchange gets whatever the amount of funds in your account is.

I really hope this doesn't apply to you though.

Easier said than done for these people. They use Yobit for a specific reason, which in most cases is to trade a coin that other exchanges haven't listed, or to bet through the crooked features that exchange offers.

I have over $16K in my account and can't access it for months now.
I've send many support messages but never get a reply with a reason why it's blocked.

Yobit is actually a pretty nice exchange, with lots of cool events to keep their users active , but their support and communication really sucks.
If there was just a way to communicate with them then I think most of the negative reports would go away.

Not only on their support system but I do complain with their service.Lots of issues and the works support ever on an exchange that's why I'm not surprised that people who do uses it will really have to
experience problems.

Newbies or people do choose to trade or sent tokens that are only listed on this exchange are the ones who do make use and even they do know this exchange reputation
they don't have any choice as long they can convert their tokens.
