Are there more women in crypto that I am unaware of? It seems most of the big influencers are men. I watched this video of Galia Benartzi from Bancor and I thought this is someone we should be hearing a lot more of, anyone else I have been missing.

There is no difference between men and women
Many women are successful in coding.
It is not limited to anyone.

There are already CEO's and COO in some start-up companies and one of them is Val Yap of Pal Network. Val is knowledgeable in blockchain technology and knowing the benefits of it. Women's will have an important role in crypto and will surely help to revolutionized the crypto industry.

Who cares, as long as you do something great, it doesn't matter.

The problem is giving somebody more recognition than the recogniziton deserved because they belong to some group, example, the noob e-sport team made by women who lost all their matches:

I make sure that women in crypto are educated women and have good careers and expertise in economics because ordinary women only know how to spend money by spending the money they get. Actually, if women already have expertise in managing the economy then the woman is a threat to us all as men because money is a natural skill of every woman.

In my opinion, it makes no difference whether it is a man or a woman, because only what they say is important for us.
True we don't need to know if one of the crypto user is a man or a woman.
It wouldn't make any difference, I like it how crypto works no gender discrimination infact there is no discrimination at all crypto doesn't care  whatever you are where ever you are or whatever you do.

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/may/17/consensus-2018-conference-bitcoin-satoshi-is-female

"Certain women are already gaining recognition, among them Perianne Boring, founder and president of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, billing itself as the world’s largest trade association representing the blockchain industry."

Pretty normal imo that men are more associated with it, as it is perceived as risky and technical. Men are generally more interested in things, women in people (according to Nietzsche men just want danger and play)

As the applications increase and life becomes increasingly intertwined with the digital world, it'll become a universal necessity to be crypto competent and gender will have nothing to do with it.

I agree with you mate, weather a man or woman, that doesn't really matter, what is really important is the message in their speech, but I don't know about what a friend mine said to me during an argument, he said that if more woman were involved in crypto that they head most projects, crypto would be better than it is now cus there would be less exit scams and less failed projects... Who agrees to this?

It is true that big influencers are men because they are old and mutli-millionaires and billionaires. But in the future, there is going to be much more women influencers in the blockchain tech or crypto space because this current generation supports women much more so you won't have to worry so much about that. And another thing is I see many developers that are women in ICO projects essentially in Asian countries so I think that is enough to prove that they are contributing a lot in crypto.
