Who is investing in those ICO's, what is the one thing that lures the todays investors into investing in a certain project?

I think there are some investors who've been hypnotized by these teams and they will invest on it. Maybe there are some investors who are hoping that the project they invested their money will bloom in the long run.

Investing in ICO is very profitable only if the project becomes successful and will not be a scam but we know already that most of the ICO's right now are considered scam already so investing in ICO has a very high risk.

It may still be there, but in my opinion, the demand is not as big as before because indeed competition from the current trend also makes the market of ico weaker. there must be a change in ico to be able to restore investor confidence.

I always look at the team if they have the group to beat or if they have some sort of a Charlie lee type of guy. What's funny is that those Telegram projects even went to events and after a few months time, their telegram accounts are already inactive for a long time already. I would recommend everyone to go with STO's and IEO's already, they provide more security to the investors.

When the time comes to sell, it is not difficult to offer IEO instead of ICO. So, there is no big difference. It depends on which exchange will be used. To taking care, most projects clarify that IEO will be made after special sales.

there are still many people investing in ICO, the proof is that there are many projects that reach hardcap.
so even though at this time the IEO has got a lot of investors but it does not make the ICO lose all of its investors.

One thing that lures people to invest into ICOs before was the hope that the market can recover after the bear market and the glory days of ICO will come back. But opposite thing happened and ICO market seems to be dead because of taking over of IEOs.

In the past I have invested in ICO projects of which many of them turn to be a scam project because they later went away with all investors money, and some of those same developers are coming in a disguise way with another ICO projects to attract more investors and that is why I don't believe in any ICO projects any longer.
