We have fully automatic system. ICOs member logs in his account and creates ICO, when he added all the needed information, our system is checking if it is not a spam (it takes several seconds) and publish ICO if everything is okay. After that our Advisor team is looking through the ICO and give it a rating score, here you can find more information about that: https://icobirds.com/information/rating_methodology  Also, if the ICO has already been listed by our Moderators, the member of this ICO can sign up with ICOs domain email and the ICO will be automatically connected to his profile.

The overall concept is neat, but I was also concerned with the way how new ICOs are added to the system.

ICO rating is a great idea, but who are the people on the Advisor board? Whose decision we are supposed to trust?
Any information on the team will be useful, people must know if the people on the board are competent specialists.
