At the moment I think a lot of coins dropped to 1000% from ATH and I don't understand the coins you mentioned and I think that the new coins came out of ico and I can't be sure this will benefit me if I buy

For me, it's not interesting to discuss coins with lack of liquidity, unless there's something inside that could convince us to invest.
In this case, OP hasn't share vital information that would attract people to invest, he just state the ATH price and the current price, and most of the coins in the market now, has also suffered that kind of loses.

For the fact that a coin will be listed in so many exchanges at it's initial stage doesn't really mean that the coin is worth investing your money, the best way to know if a coin is going to have volume or not is to check the real life value of the project, what I meant is that you should check what the project have to offer in the real world and whether what it has to offer is something that would be used by everyone.
