On a similar note, I propose we all set up a day when everyone in the world starts running east for an hour. The added momentum opposing the earth's rotation will slow the earth down and make the days longer. We can do that before winter instead of daylight savings to make days longer, and then all run west in March to make the days shorter again. Who's with me?
If Chester's leading the pack, count me in.
Twice a year, I mention to strangers about the government adding an hour of sunlight for the betterment of the worldwide food supply (during this time of year, I spew a different nonsense). About 90% agree with my argument even going as far as stating, "I didn't think of that." Once, I told this guy that it was part of the New Deal, and now the GOP wants to take it away. Boy, was he pissed. That said, with all the nonsense that people believe, why the hell hasn't Bitcoin, with all its attributes, not already blossomed?
