Thank you for your suggestion but you can't people stop seeing the Bitcoin price regularly. Because it's like a habit now, Whatever we are, investor, holder or traders, we can't escape from the bitcoin downtrend market! So, I don't see any problem by checking the bitcoin price every morning, because we are habitual by seeing bitcoin low and high price.

In my case, I don't have to overcome anything at all because I'm not a so called "addict" but for those who struggling then don't worry too much. There is nothing bad if you're very conscious about the market price because it's natural for an investor. But if you're addiction is up to extent that you check the market price every minute despite of being a hodler only then you now have a psychological problem (probably an OCD). Consult thr doctor.

Well all depends on if you day trade for a living or if you want to grow a long term pension fund or wealth building activity. It is hard for those who own Bitcoin and trade daily not to look at the price but if you have made the commitment to invest long term, then looking daily in the morning might not be so important, unless of course we have a moon landing then you would want to press the sell button for that.

I agree, we check the price of BTC to make our decisions in selling and buying stocks, It is a basic activity for traders who are in this type of industry, some of us are scared of losing profits but i think you will also earn from that, Seeing the move of a certain assets or coin will give you predictions and insights on its next price and value, by this you will overcome the stock loss and gain from it.

  I think checking the price from time to time specially in the morning is just a part of the game. In crypto you have nothing to look at first but the price. If you are investors of course you still need to monitor the price. Everyone in crypto are always checking the price,i think,because it will help someone if he need to hold for so long or it's time to sell and buy another coins to invest.

i think its okay to check the bitcoin price in the market at the morning, it will more effective when the market down, and you have some asset in cryptocurrency you shouldn't check the price periodically i think you can check it once in 2 days, so you never join the panic sell gang hahaha

I usually get hourly updates of bitcoin price, I like to know what's going on and if I survived the last 10 months (I mean, the whole 2018), I think I can keep going. I already understood that this year is gonna be terrible and I can't do nothing about it of course, so I am in peace with that. But I wanna know the price.

LOL not only do I check the price of Bitcoin first thing in the morning, I also check the 1 day, 5 day, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, max time charts; as if something will change in the past  

It's a superstition more than an addiction.

I also often check the state of the market a month, 2 months, 6 months, a year ago, in order to compare it with the current state. And I don't see an addiction, because this is my work, I try to do it responsibly.

I personally don't see the price of bitcoin every day, because I have the intention to save bitcoin until the end of this year. I only focus on working the factory to earn income and usually after getting a salary I see the price of bitcoin if there is a capital I immediately buy and save so that my bitcoin savings are increasing.
