What happen : Trying to sell fake coin.

Just now noticed from patrol.
I am wondering, peoples has been commenting there but why until now no one open scam accusation to tag this scammer.

He selling a fake "Telcoin" token by Forkdelta and promoting on bitcointalk. His token contract address is https://etherscan.io/address/0x31bbd084f5d3f46fe5c0a43d28c8eec7f5c7403b
