- You might need vitamins
- Lack of sleep
- Over work
- Diet

you should check your bp and thyroid  if that test get normal then you check your nutrition daily consumption or maybe you drink water too less

Better have yourself check if you're not sure with your health condition.

Sometimes even we think we're fine we didnt know something is already wrong with our health.

You can take food supplement to boost your immune system, that can help you be more energetic.

I have this feeling also mate wayback when I was home based working and I’m not having physical movements,because I don’t need to go outside for office
Until I realized that I am lack of exercise so from there I start exercising even inside my house or outside my garden.and now i feel healthy everyday and always looking for my exercise habit.maybe you should entertain physical energy as well

Yes, I have felt this feeling. I'm tired of life. I hope I don't wake up every day. It feels like there is no hope. I don't want anything. Everybody else seems to have a target, something they want to get, but I don't. I have browsed some blogs, and there's an article that said maybe I'm just getting bored. It says that this is a big big world, how can you be bored? Do you claimed that you had achieved everything, go to every place, have met every person, read every book, etc. etc.?
You need to do something different rather than what you always do. Try a different perspective, buy a new variant of coffee, listen to a new music genre, etc. This kind of changing could make you spirited. Also, take vitamins and exercise. If you never trained your body, it becomes weak.

Apart from severe poverty, I will say a severe depression is your issue. Poverty is one of the factor that can get you depressed.
Also, are you suffering from rejection? Are you having any kind of disability? Get up from your worries for there are many born without arms nor fit but they are doing great things, having a career and excelling in them (I don't want to mention names but you can google on it, it will inspire you).

Whatever is the issue; I mean, whatever it is, God has your answer. Put your faith and rely on God, He alone can make impossibilities in the face of mortals to be very possible. Just try and make yourself happy and God will visit you by sending help to you.

I sometimes have these symptoms
I suffer a lot when waking up in the morning
All you have to do is exercise and do more activities
Spend more time with friends
