Start expanding your energy and you will receive more of it back. Do more sports, improve your diet, drink more water, go out more, socialise, start your own business, spend more time physically moving, have more sex.

Did anyone have such a thing that you constantly feel tired, do not want to do anything? I always have this. I do not know what to do. My health is fine, i think. Who has ideas?

I have this condition all the time, nothing helps me either. But, the only thing I can advise you: do not be lazy and do not exaggerate

I think first you should start think about your life goals. If still haven't any goals please make some. make self motivation at every morning. I think watching some motivation videos will make your mind for being optimistically.

It happens to me sometimes, and I try to either 1) sleep as long as possible, or 2) go out and be as active as possible.

You should check to see if you are suffering from sleep apnea. It is a condition that can produce the kind of symptoms you describe. Sleep apnea sufferers stop breathing for a few seconds while they sleep. During the night their breathing stops many times. You can't get a deep enough or long enough night's rest to feel rested. You will constantly feel tired all day long. You should talk to your doctor about this. The doc can recommend a specialist to determine whether you suffer from this or not. Best of luck to you

You should rest plenty, maybe because of the stress that makes you tired.

Well I always fell like this. Coffe helps a bit but not really. Now I am trying to boost myself up with Matcha tea - must say it works quite well - more caffeine than coffee!

On the other hand I found hyperactive and full of energy people quite anoying - nothing better than a little boered person Smiley
when you always feel tired it means that you do all things wit all your force..Just like when we have a work. we feel tired because of too much things that could be done, because is our job. we cann't pay without work. Because NO work,No pay. so, when you want to pay you need to be responsible enoug to finish our task or duties that assigned by our boss.when we feel tired, it means that we do our task to finish our work.

Maybe you lack intrinsic motivation to live your life because that's what happened to me like a year ago.  Sad It affected my health and my overall life. What I did to recover was I consulted my psychiatrist and underwent some therapy. I also tried new hobbies like travelling, sports, and other stuff that I can be busy with.. and I think that's what helped me. It's the kind of tiredness that I feel happy for being tired. Smiley

Health is fine according to who? Have you had medical advice. Sometimes you might feel ok, but your body could be missing something it badly needs. Go get some blood tests done as they can often tell you a lot. Things like vitamin d deficiency are quite common these days and are a big cause of fatigue but your bloodwork will tell you whether or no that is the case.

Things like caffeine are only a temporary fix that will only artificially perk you up. Might as well recommend cocaine as well lol. If someone has fatigue then coffee isn't going to do much and will probably just lead to a bigger crash where you feel even more lethargic after the caffeine wears off.
