This guy is a scammer, after you sent him payment, he will block you, so be warn. He started his chat group in the telegram    https://t.me/bitcoingiftcard    Telegram: @cryptogift. Luckily I sent only $10. So DO NOT send any money to him. SEARCH for bitcoingiftcard or cryptogift , and you can see that he CHEATED many people already. Why are the ads still up???

I do not know why people are attracted to this scammer; he does not have a green trust, high rank, favorable ratings, and open topics.
Log in, create an account, check trust, do a Google search, any of these things can recognize his scam service.
Nothing can be done here, he is a well-known scammer and has a lot of negative trusts.

Probably he's offering much cheaper as compare to others who's selling the same service, just reading through his post, 80%-90%, wow, what a huge discount, so many still fall for his trap. If people just follow the old mantra "If it's too good to be true, it probably is.", we should be probably seeing less people being victimized by these scammers.

Its not like he has broken any forum rules. He can popup with a new thread from another account and with new telegram ids or other ways to contact in which I don't think staff's or moderation action is gonna give some dent to him eitherway. Its people who should understand.

Well you are right but the admins still need to shut his account off and remove his ads, cuz these ads are old and some people think it's good.
