Apolozige for create new thread, I will lock thread after taken action. I have made report on 09 Oct on this thread. Look like moderators ignore it. Spammer still not ban nor deleted his post. He is flooding forum with same post, although he is a scammer no one tagged him yet.

Based on the edit it sounds like you hadn't even taken all action before creating this topic. Did you report all of the posts you found, explaining this in each report?

Seems this could have been a post/question asked here, in the Guide to reporting effectively created by Welsh. I tend to get a decent answer/advice there if needed. I'm also pretty sure a few moderators read through it so you might also get some action there.

It's seems those report posted after me they are banned. So obviously mod are aware about that. Am I right ? So I think they didn't consider it spam and user do not deserve ban. That's why I open this thread to clear the matter. Hope you got my point. Thanks for question.

Maybe next time you can do it like i have done !

Create a post in [CLUB]The SpamBuster!4 Cases open,over 3000 accounts, Reviewed:5000+  and if you finished
report one post from the user with the reference to your post and add ban or nuke in it too !

There was a similar case which happened back in June. A group of scammers/spammers started promoting a shit and a proven shady exchange with their spams. They were around 5-10 members who constantly promoted their exchange through their spams and were posting irrelevant shits praising their exchange in most of the topics. Each posted around 5 posts about the exchange in random various threads with the total coming around 20-25 posts per day. I guess I was the sole reporter who were reporting their posts for quite few days. Neither they were banned nor they were tagged during this period. The reports were handled only after 3-4 days of active reporting. After 2 months of instant reporting most of them were banned last month. Thus it takes time for them to get banned or tagged by DT or MOD.
