99% Im sure no one here cannot tolerate not visiting Portfolio for monitoring

Im sure that most crypto people here cannot stand not visitng his portfolio to check the value of his tokens/coins. This is what you called habit and already routine for everyone and Im sure only few here didnt do it. Maybe some here will argue but I assure you 1week is thr longest you can not check it. If I have smerit to send if someone can justify his reason I'll like ti give him to it. But probably chances are few who can give me that satisfaction on his response. Even I myself cannot stand not visit it, maybe because we are worried and that's not a bad attitude since we are thinking of our future well. Well that's only my opinion. Wanna hear yours.

I think you are right, I can not go a whole day without checking Blockfolio at least a couple of times which is good going as I used to be crazy and checked it far too much.

Especially now with the way the market is there is no need to check as often.

Yeah, I cant say that the system are eating us on the process. Maybe? But certainly yes. Cannot disagree.to that fact that most preoocupied by the system cannot withdrawn themselves from doing stuff that I mentioned. Clearly, there is no escape unless you wanna forget crypto. I'm still waiting for someone to disagree with me, so I can locked this thread upon satisfaction discussion concluded. Thanks for your response though.

the longest time to re-check the portfolio is 1 week    I'm not sure I agree with you, asset prices in my portfolio dropped by more than 70% and since a few months ago I rarely checked the portfolio because I was bored to check it every day, I didn't count my time to re-check the portfolio but I'm pretty sure it was more than 1 week

in other words you are assuming that everyone here is a newbie bag holder who has no idea what a real investment should be like and what portfolio really means

no dude it is not at all like that. when people keep checking the value of the bags they are holding it is because deep down they know they have made a mistake.

This one better, but still LIVE your life well and dont becone a junkie robot who always check what is the rate now. Im pretty sure, that if you trust your decision on the investment. You dont need to keep track of it, every seconds. Do some other things more important. Did you know that a 5mins of your time is already valuable when you will use it on ther stuff rather than checking the portfolio from time to time?

I guess youre just a really sensitive and sophisticated guy regarding, investment. Good actually but dont take it too much.

I am not stressing over the current depressed market, on the contrary I have used this rout to either add to my coins and reduce my $ cost average, or I have bought into some new ones that are already established but sitting at their 12 month lows.

I tend to just keep a window running with the current ETH price rather than checking all my coins each day, the market will turn around at some point so just stay patient.

every day I always see my portfolio and this is normal, because I am not a trader and only a holder. I do this activity to find out which coins will increase, if an increase occurs then I immediately go to the exchange to get the profit target I want.
