Does anyone have any new info on Coinhouse.eu.
I had a small amount in an account, knowing fully the risks, but still would like it back / the people behind it to be identified.

They pretty much gone in full hiding. There are a couple of people who claimed to have contacted a lawfirm or even police in netherlands but heard nothing from them about the outcome. Stuff like that takes time and money, that's why if it's just a small amount, best choice is just to move on. And honestly there's always people like that everytime an exchange reveal its true colors, that's why I don't believe them unless there's a proof to support it

I couldn't access the site and trying to search it from google about this term "Coinhouse.eu" but the result is "https://conhouse.eu/" on the top of the google.

Let me ask what is your issue about this site?

Edit: I found this site from here https://web.archive.org/web/20180628140351/https://coinhouse.eu/
It looks like it is not a well-known exchange site and I couldn't access the live version of the website.

I suggest you don't use untrusted exchange or not well-known sites because there is a huge possibility that you can be scammed.

Seems like nothing's happened recently like Potato Chips has mentioned. Nothing new on their Twitter account, nothing on this ANN thread for them. More news could come up about the exchange at any time, but there's been no news about the exchange as of late. I tried searching in the last few months for coinhouse on Google, but there's really been no news on them.

I'd suggest you continue trading in the future on a more established exchange, even if you need to verify yourself. This is just one of the many things that can happen when you're using any exchange, but risks are far greater on more obscure exchanges like coinhouse.

They pretty much gone in full hiding.

Thank you for the info, it's more out of principle; I just want to know if anyone is looking into them. I knew the risk and don't expect the money back.

Let me ask what is your issue about this site?

It was an exchange which closed up mysteriously around May, hasn't provided refunds and now has an offline website. There is not much of a footprint online, https://twitter.com/coinhouseu
It wasn't related to Coinhouse.com

Why is their bitcointalk account still with no negative trust?

We believe a good trading experience with the possebility of using TA (Technical Analysis) is needed to understand and point the value of a certain cryptocurrency.
We also want to give better support so that everyone get the help what is needed in order to solve the issues they got.

Currently we provide less to none support.

This reads like a joke. This exchange had to be one of the biggest displays of incompetence or a planned scam from the beginning. 6 months after talking big about wanting to improve support they tweeted that there's no support and disappeared. Cheesy

The other coinhouse filed a complaint and got the domain taken away from the scammer and transferred to them. The scammer's name was Tim Bloksdam.

For the foregoing reasons, in accordance with Paragraph B(11) of the ADR Rules, the Panel orders that the disputed domain name <coinhouse.eu> be transferred to the Second Complainant Coinhouse.

My main route of discovery for new services is when someone here reports being raped by them. How do users find places like this?

I wouldn't dream of putting a penny into anywhere I'd never heard of. I expect most places of this calibre to have a staff of one 11 year old Russian with the temerity to refer to himself as the CEO.

Stuff like this requires a couple of bloody minded customers to keep chipping away. Even if they do discover some identities the chances of the police doing anything are slim. Time to sign off and move on.
