If there are no limits, and users are not obliged to pass any KYC verification, how are you protecting yourselves from chargebacks?
I also had issues trying the website, when I try to BTC to USD, It says that the maximum amount per one transaction is 0.00 which make no sense. You should also use TRIM() function because If you copy paste an address and you have some white space included, It will be considered as invalid.
Thank you for your feedback. We will fix it as soon as possible.
BTC -> USD is not working now. We sell BTC only now. BTC -> USD will be available in far future, but next step is to add ETH and other cryptocurrency
Chargeback is not possible with our payment system. In case of strange payment we cancel your payment, so you will not be charged, and we send security check request to your bank. In that case you can wait for approve and repeat order or you can contact your bank in order to speed up process.
But then this means if the payment goes through, and it does turn out to be fraudulent, then there's no way the owner can chargeback? Doesn't sound like the way issuing bank works... Far as I know if you dispute and request chargeback, you get it. With the police report of course.
Unless the bank bears your cost, you'll lose. And banks won't keep bearing it. Of course, if you got it all figured out, happy for you. Tough business model with card payments for crypto. High margins only way to succeed.
